The convention showed how hard the IBT has worked to support the members and how hard the Hoffa Slate has worked to support the locals. Including Popes!!

Hoffas opponents didn't have the ability to stand in front of the 1600 elected leaders and give any imput into our unions future, None. They are proud that they got less than 20% combined? They are hoping the elected leadership is disconnected from the membership and the popular vote is a different turnout. If 95% of members voted the outcome would be the same. Opponents are counting on our members thinking Hoffa has nothing to worry about and not taking the time to vote. The delegates are captive and when they voted they weren't intimidated, scared, etc. 75% of the members don't vote because they are satisfied with their leadership. When they are mad they vote against you.

In the west Gegares slate couldn't get the minimum and Pope has no one. Anyone that debates Hoffa isnt the better candidate please wake up and stop putting our members to sleep.

Hoffa has Leaders, followers and a plan!!! Get the vote out!!!!!!

I am proud of my unions accomplishments and so should you.

The message was perfect, the members were excited, educated and informed. For those of you negative people that can't see past your own anger, I hate to disappoint you but they put on a great convention. They explained where we have been, where we are going and laid out another great plan for the future. Hoffa has delivered on most of all of his promises up to now. Most importantly all the newcomers were filled with energy and excitement. I was inspired by them, thank you for a great 28th convention.

Now that we all see Gegares real agenda and the lawsuit he filed adding members names to it without them knowing exactly what he planed on doing will further expose his selfish interests.

If you are going to sue an entity, sue the DOJ and the DOL.

That is bringing reproach upon our union and is a violation of the Oath of Loyalty, charges will be brought against you.

Gegare you have outdone yourself on this one and when you read the entire lawsuit your contradictions are obvious. You are currently on the GEB so you're suing yourself? Your website and your suit don't jive. This obvious stunt is the biggest joke of all. I thought it was real bad when you bailed on Wisconsin for Florida and California to campaign. Worse that you try and blame others for the Central States Pension issues. Horrible that you try and scare others, telling them Hoffa will ruin their Pensions when it was YOU! Despicable that you got in bed with Jim Santangelo thinking anyone even listens to him anymore.
