I'm the founder of a real estate agent marketing school, Shiloh Street University, in Seattle, WA. We've also recently launched our brokerage to help agents with real estate lead generation topics.

My wife and I live in Seattle and try to put up with the 6-9 months of rain just to get the 3 months of sun, if we're lucky.
