Hey Mark

How's the liver? It obviosuly has not kept you off the bottle. The horseshit you have posted today about LU 2785 and LU 85 are on par with the crap you have posted here for the the past 10 years. I don't really care that your grandfather had something to do with the Bank of America......what did he do? Clean the toilets? The more important questions is who are you? And I will answer that one. You are a loser, malcontent who spends your time trying to stir up **** while the rest of us are working and paying our dues. You and your buddy Paul (ask him where Devi leonard is now) spend your time trying to scrape up the cash to get your dues current yet somehow always seem to fall a few bucks short. Let me give you a hint on how you can provide some benefit to the world: (1) Buy Pistol; (2) Buy Bullet; (3) Place Bulet in Pistol; (4) Place Pistol in Mouth; (4) Pull Trigger. Rock and Roll Mfer.

I've got the cash to get current, Bookter won't let me pay. That means I can't work in the craft. Can't transfer to another Local. Shows how much you know about me.

Van, Bill, Patty, and Barbara turned that once proud Local into a cesspool. A dog eat dog environment. Full of cuthroats willing to screw their own Brothers and Sisters to get a dispatch tag, and work instead of someone else.Unqualified people being put on the Movies, ahead of 20 year Teamsters. Nepotism and favortism run amuck. That's why the IBT is holding so many meetings with the Local Officials, on movies. Trying to clean up the mess guys like you said nothing about and allowed to happen. People paying other Teamsters to call for them by name through the Hall. It's both sickening and sad, There is no Brotherhood, solidarity, or principles there, It's every man (or woman) for themselves. Why even have a Union like that? Those people you defend have perverted the Local.
You can't even vote on your contract, or have a voice on the conditions you work under. Now that's real representation, ain't it?

Regarding Bookter's senile old @$$: We'll see how he holds up to the JC, and the GEB WHEN I file charges on him. He sure talks a gang of crap about Jim Hoffa, Ken Hall, Rome and others BEHIND THEIR BACKS. Wonder if he has the stones to do it in person to their face. Why don't you show up there too and support your hero?

My liver is just fine, thank you.I work out daily at the gym. My health is excellent. Wonder where you got that one from. Probably invented it in your sick, twisted, misguided mind, Again shows how much you know about me.

My Grandfather founded the Firat National Bank Of Martinez. It merged in 1924 with our cousin, A.P. Giannini's bank The Bank Of Italy. They were both immigrants, from a little town outside of Palermo. Sant Elia, Sicily. My Uncle was the Mayor of Martinez. At the same time, my cousin Joe Alioto Jr. (who sucessfully sued Look Magazine for publishing an article "What ties SF Mayor Joesph Alioto To The Mob", and caused them to file bankruptcy, He also sucessfully represented the Raiders in teir anti-trust suit against the NFL clearing the way for their move to LA), I am very proud of my roots and my heritage. My Grandfather didn't clean toilets. He flushed turds like you down them. Once again, indicative of what you know about me, or my family.

THe REAL question is just who the f--k are YOU?

I note you chose to remain anonymous, Casper. The unfriendly anonymous coward ghost. I'm inpressed.

Funny how you have issues with me, but you have no issues with the people who have beeen ripping you off and taking your dues monies, Maybe you're just a playground punk who's used to being mistreated, slapped around and having his lunch money taken.

Who cares. Just be a good boy, keep your mouth shut, and let people take your money a get treated like a punk. You seem to support that kind of stuff.

Good luck with the chicken ****, cowardly approach to life you adhere to. Guys like you are the reason the Union is not as strong as it could be. You disgust me.

I agree, I have made no secret as to whom I am. For those of you who don't know my name is Mark Sparacino, I live in Martinez, California at 706 Ferry Street and my cell phone number is 925-262-6286.

Okay, who's next?

After all, to quote the late C. Sam Theodus, former IBT VP "Were Teamsters, not Boy Scouts".

BTW Phil. I liked the old format better. IMHO this one SUCKS,

"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith" (2 Timothy 4:7).

"You ought to know if you have fought a good fight at the level you are right now. Remember that this fight is not a fight against the devil, but a fight of faith. Have you fought a good fight in your school? Have you fight a good fight at that new job? Has your faith triumphed against every negative situation that you are facing now? If you are not sure, it is never too late to start - unleash your faith and when you are through with that level, you too will say, "I have fought a good fight!" (ibid)

No brag, just fact. I have been with Brother Jim Hoffa BEFORE the beginning, When I joined the Hoffa Campaign in '92, 95% of the officials in this Union were hiding in the bushes, terrorfied to death of Ron Carey, Billy Hogan came up with the brilliant strategy, Since Carey keeps taking out Officers who diasgree with him, or challenge him, let's put some rank and file Members up front because he can't do squat to them. This empowered several of us, We met sympatheic Teamsters across the country. We read our contracts. We read the IBT Constitution. We read the Election Rules, We read the Consent Decree. And when we were unsure of something we had great Teamster minds to consult (Brother George Geller comes to mind here more than anyone). Knowledge IS power. And we turned a grassroots movement of a handful of Teamsters into a friggin' insurgency, that ultimately took back our Union from Carey, TDU, and the Mineworkers. I'm very am militantly and defiantly proud of this. I have kept the faith. I'm extremely proud of Jim Hoffa, and am fortunate and blessed to be able to be led, and inspired by him. I live a Spartan lifestyle, Brother. I make less in the craft then the poverty level. But I am rich in experiences, pride, self-respect, dignity, and a rewarding sense of REALLY having accomplished something (with a handful of others).

If I died today, I would have no reluctance in meeting my maker. I have kept my integrity, While a gang of others have SOLD OUT throughout the years.

What kind of Teamsters are leading our Union today? THey are afraid or rank and file Members like me in their Local. Why? I mean if you are embezzling my dues, hell yeah I'm gonna speak up, What kind of stand up Teamster WOULDN'T? But if you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, I'm the kind of guy you WANT in your Local. I was in Local 492 in NM for a number of years. I went above and beyond the call of duty supporting the E board, the BA's, and my fellow Teamsters.

It really should be like the mantra Jim Hoffa repeatedly recites "It's all about the Members", not all about overpaid, doughnut chasing, do nothing, dishonest leaders. They need to go. Wherever they may be.
