Another chapter in the failures of John Philipenis today when Local 995 filed charges against him and Wayne Dah for failure to bargin a new contract with the employees of the training center. The contract expired two years ago and 995 has been unable to get Penis to bargin in good faith. Penis makes a hell of a good employer as far as anti Union employers go. When the last administration bargined the contract with the Teamsters Local 631Training center and there were minor differences the International sent in Two different International Reps to make sure it got done. Now with a contract expired by more than two years where is the International. Where is Rick Middleton now? Where is James P. Hoffa? More proof Hoffa is afraid of John Philipenis and doesn't give a dam about the Members in Las Vegas. Mike Magnani has tried every way in the book to get this piece of **** Penis to the table and no luck. Where the hell is our International? I would say the best hing for Mike to do is put an Unfair Labor Practice picket line in front on Local 631 and the training center maybe that will get Hoffa's attention

Tomorrow morning Penis and Wayne Dah will drive another nail in the coffin of the Local 631 construction members, They will vote the members at Las Vegas Paving on a last best and final Agreement. They have fucked around for over a year trying to negotiate a contract in the construction industry to no avail. They have effectively lost the construction industry and will end up with a sand and gravel Agreement i n the end of the day. Something that every other past administration has avoided. Thank you Penis for selling us all out. You have put us all in a position that we cannot win.

On Monday Penis will go to arbitration against Republic Services and without the help of the last Negotiating committee. He knows who knows the truth but will not ask then to testify for he is playing politics with the Members future. Way to go Penis.
