Is that the shirt with the Golden Gate Bridge on it? If so, yeah, that's my work. I am not responsible for the hat, that order was not placed with us.

Little Debbie told me you're gonna be out of a job pretty soon. Dust off that resumé Twinkie Boy.

Eat a D I C K you anti union republican sniveling B I T C H. I see some WalMart in your near future. Just try to not apply for that truck driver job with a stale twinkie sticking out of your ass.

All curled up in the fetal position crying like an ovulating fat girl that just ate her last piece of chocolate "Waaaaa, Hostess is in the toilet and it's all because of the Teamsters". STFU you whiny retard.

The company has BIG problems and the union went out and saddled us with our present ownership.

Really? Please explain how the Union is responsible for who the shareholders are and how the board of directors runs the business? The Union is responsible for improving working conditions and to negotiate the best wage and benefits package possible. They have nothing to do with poor management. The Union does not make decisions like what or how much to produce or to rely on a stagnant product line or to not introduce new products. Your bitterness toward the Union would serve you better if it were directed at the people that actually ran the company into the ground.

Teamster Tshirtman/ Der Rittmeister now that you have posted on this thread where do you stand on the Organizers campaign to obtain a CBA?
Afterall this is the thread for posting your opinion.

Where do I stand on the issue? Well, honestly, that's a tough one. I know what the constitution says about it and I myself have a conflict with that. It is a tough job, being on the road 10 of 14 days. Long days away from your family and eating hotel food. Personally, I wouldn't do that job or any other job without a CBA. The constitution could be changed. The hiring process would need to be revised as well. We need skilled people who believe in what they are doing out there, not just there for a paycheck and a plane ride. I took the very first TLA on Organizing a few years back in Tukwila. It was quite the learning experience but there is so much more to organizing that can be taught in a 2 day seminar. I think it would be a great idea for the IBT to set up an "Organizer School" with 2 or 3 weeks of intense training and add some practical field training as well. After a successful candidate completes that, only then should they be able to call themselves IBT Organizers, join a Local, pay dues and enjoy the benefits of a CBA.

Just my thoughts about it and an effort to provide a solution to the problem.....
