I don't care how much money you made. Unlike you, I am not driven by greed and selfishness. Since you have figured out who I am, you of all people should know I am driven by improving the working conditions of our members, and giving hope to those who WANT to be members. YOU on the other hand, want to sit around sucking on cigarettes and bosses and hope to get paid for it at the end of the week. So go air out your filthy smelling clothes, hack up another lung biscuit and continue howling out in the yard until the neighbors call the cops on the nuisance effing dog. Put THAT in your bank account you scumbag....lung cancer will be the only thing that ever looked good on you.

Ok.
The "reason" submitted to the "court" by the International Staff Attorneys was "laid off" for economic reasons, by Local 170!

I was "let go" after submitting a public "picture and quote" for the 2008 Organizing Committee, led by Stephanie Patiga. After she convinced me to step on out there, that everyone was doing it and if we were going to "organize ourselves" somebody had to be first, SHE was promoted and I along with many others were "laid off".

Does Dean Phinney's story match that one, or is there something more he would like to say about the matter. Since HE refused to SIGN A CARD, and went straight to the IBT about the OC and my position on it, I will assume that ******* would KEEP his mouth RESERVED ONLY for the DAILY BBQ!

Maybe you could inquire with Sean O'Neill, after all, my association with JC 25 and an impeccable work record sure as hell made him look BAD. Even though he never received recognition by the delegates, I am sure he could say a thing or two, he certainly hasn't held back thus far.

Perhaps Phinney would like to talk about Kingston, NY, GOD knows he took credit for that win. Yahoo, NY gained 100 members that DON'T WANT TO BE TEAMSTERS! Good job, there man. Maybe he wants to tell you that I fought against HIM and O'neill because they bribed the workers with lavish dinners and bullshit (Lobster for 50) and raised their expectations so high the Local couldn't possibly satisfy them.

Maybe O'neill wants to tell you that on the very property of First Student, Kingston, NY he told me I not only better QUIT conversing AND assisting JOINT Council 25, but I better win that election, BY ANY MEANS, or I WOULD BE FIRED!

Hell, Kim Keller might even help you by denying a meeting she and I had in Chattanooga, June 30, 2008. Maybe she will tell you that is bullshit and I NEVER went to her about the VIOLENT CONFRONTATIONS regarding Sean O'Neill and Shelley Goodman in Kansas City. Maybe she will tell you I never made statements of discrimination and ASKED that the IBT stop this BEHAVIOR on the bus campaign. May she will LIE like she does. Maybe she will tell you that I NEVER REFUSED to play any part in BREAKING into First Student Bus Terminals and STEALING SENIORITY LISTS! Maybe she will......maybe she will!

You may even get Shelley Goodman to tell you that I said, "if you don't get out of my face and stop threatening me, I am going to knock you the **** out". That would be the TRUTH! There were witnesses to that maybe you can find them somewhere!

So please, as much as I enjoyed the pissing contests of the past, could you make it a little more interesting. NO BODY cares that you can call me names and insinuate anything. What they really want is HARD CORE FACTS! So give us something worth re-posting, why don't you?

****This is not about slamming the TEAMSTERS UNION, which I know is where you are going with this, next. This is about TAKING OUT THE TRASH!
The Teamsters took out the trash when they let you go lol. Or in this case, I guess they emptied the ashtray lol. Chain smoking and stuffing your face are apparently the only things you are any good at...otherwise you would have never been let go. So take your hard feelings somewhere else. I used to think you were tenacious, now its become abundantly clear that you are just stupid. Go away already...you sound like a dog in the yard at night yapping away until someone lets you in. YOU AREN'T GETTING BACK IN!!!!

Lol from what I understand you let a lot of folks "finish"...just not the right ones who would have kept your useless, cigarette smoke-odor breath around for a while. Tell the good folks of T-Net why your prodigious a s s was let go from the Teamsters.

Lol you are truly insane...I love your "Dont improve your working conditions or they will get rid of your job" mentality. You have (correctly) identified the chief problem in our economy. If the workers demand to be treated fairly, the company will just outsource their job to a place where they can get away with abusing the workers lol! And you SUPPORT that logic?! I am shocked that you so openly admit your contempt of anyone who wishes to improve their wages and working conditions! Back to my original statement...you are truly insane. And I'm not gonna argue with a crazy person lol.

*SIGH* If I really want to hear from an a s shole I would fart, but I have to point out the stupidity this "scb" as shole's post. He proclaims that Unions "will have to demonstrate the benefits" of membership. But even SCAB knows that a cursory search of the web will show a significant difference in Union wages, benefits and working conditions versus non-Union. How about the Economic Policy Institute that found a difference of 15 to 20 percent in wages alone. Or the Bureau of Labor Statistics that found that in '03 the average Union worker made $18.36 an hour while the non-Union worker made $14.81. Of course he will then ask why Unions fear "competition", when he knows as well as anyone that the goal of RTW legislation is simply to tip the scales more in favor of the company. And in their minds, they can begin to chip away at that higher Union scale and try to get it as low or lower than the non-Union wage, thereby making it "fair" :-) The proverbial race to the bottom, the Right Wing Republican way.
