It Was Announced At The Joint Council 53 Meeting Last Monday That Dulzack Is Retiring But Has Made A Deal To Continue As A Consultant To Local 837'S Health,Welfare And Pension Funds. This Was Supposed To Be Approved By The Executive Board.I Wonder What His Salary Will Be?
