In reading on 952 reform nonsense website saw post raging on korgan from 630. Whatever they have nothing better to do but rag on somebody from another local, but 1 thing drew my attention. Hammer 63 said local 396 had a decert of 3000 members is this typical BS from this website or is it true. If so when and what company this is very concerning, if not say so and I will chock it up to more BS on that website.

Can you imagine a local loosing 3000 members on a decert. Don't believe what those guys say, it's always some BS, always complaining and never have any solutions to the problems. All they care about is destroying the union. Why don't they talk about the group of waste workers from Waste Management that 396 recently organized in Moreno Valley? You know why? Because that is a positive for Ron Herrerra, and since those reformers don't like Ron then all they can do is make up BS lies.

Lets see how the reformers respond to your question on their site.

Local 396 didn't exactly lose 3,000 members "on a decert". But all you have to do is to look at the 2010 LM-2, (which is the latest available), where their membership is 9,112, and compare it with the 2007 LM-2, where they reported 12,485 members.

So in three years, JUST THREE YEARS, they didn't lose just 3,000 members, THEY LOST 3,373 MEMBERS!

So when you say "all they (reformers) can do is make up BS", you're obviously wrong. It is YOU that is making up BS.

As far as Ron Herrera, he's making the six figure salary, so he is the one who needs to take responsibility for that gigantic membership loss.

Every local in the country lost members. How many laid off members does your local have? I know my local lost around 3000 members. Not because of decerts but because they were laid off. So bring on the BS!
By the way did you miss the part of my post when i mentioned that 396 recently organized some Waste Management workers? Funny how you miss all the positive!!

Typical tdu spin. I will give them credit though. They finally had the integrity to do a hit job on one of the locals where they are in control http://tdu.org/node/5374Or maybe they got wind that the 673 guys were jumping ship and decided to report on .
