Romney will be the Republican nominee and Newt Gingrich, the Aristotelian sociopath, and his geisha girl, Calista, will retreat to anonymity. Obama will face the amiable Romney and his cadre of shrewd strategists, and the anti-American and anti-Christian, with an Islamic middle name, Hussein, will suffice succinctly his identity and representation as antagonistic to American tradition premised on his history and his unprecedented actions as the U.S. president and commander-in-chief. Romney is not irreconcilable, naive and weak. He is amicable, a realist and not a rationalist, a devoted and conscientious father, husband and Christian, a patriot unequalled since President Dwight Eisenhower, and equally tempered. Astute and shrewd, and cognizant of our enemies who view themselves as omnipotent and the United States as the ultimate target to conquer and enslave. Mitt Romney will retain the brightest and the bravest to assist him in managing and protecting our vulnerable country. Restraint with regard to the possible employment of nuclear weapons will be his mantra; however, if they are warranted, he will employ them aggressively. Merry Christmas will be Merry Christmas and not Happy Holidays, and we will once again be a Judeo-Christian United States, and all the other un-American religions that have infringed on American culture, particularly the Muslim faith, which is so foreign to American culture, it sickens Americans that it is seemingly omnipresent and it has contributed greatly to eroding our culture. Obama's tenure in the White House, conversely, has adversely impacted our traditions and culture to such a degree, we are unlikely to recover and return to normalcy, and he has severely limited our civilian and military capabilities to address and suppress internal and external threats. And who propelled this anti-American Marxist to the white house? The degenerates in Hollywood; and two Massachusetts liberal Democrats: Ted Kennedy and John Kerry. Kennedy, an alcohol and coke induced hedonist, and Kerry, a narcissistic elitist, who, in 1972, publicly discarded his war medals and denounced our involvement in Viet Nam and engaged in numerous anti-war actions short of accompanying Jane Fonda to Hanoi in 1972. Vote Romney and pray he will protect unions. But for the preservation of the United States, the nation's security takes precedence.

You have a good sense of humor. Yes, I know Romney is a bit foolish; however, we're on the eve of a nuclear war with Iran, or possibly the Soviet Union, the new Russia, and it is very possible one of these two countries will launch a preemptive strike. Obama doesn't have the nerve to do it, to Iran, who as you presumably learned yesterday threatened to attack us. And as you may well know as well, Iran already has 5-7 nuclear bombs it acquired from Russia and China sometime around 2007, and they have no problem employing them against us; Iran hates us as much as they hate Israel. Fortunately, Obama isn't in complete control of the U.S. military, and they will make the important decision to employ nuclear weapons if the situation worsens. But Omama in general is ineffective. It's a shame a competent Democrat is not running against him, but we have to endure reality, and though Romney is bad news for unions, our nation is in grave peril and we need a strong and decisive leader to address it.

Fortunately, Obama isn't in complete control of the U.S. military,

Last I heard, the POTUS is also the Commander in Chief.

and though Romney is bad news for unions,

Umm, you have mistakenly logged on to TEAMSTER.NET coming here and admitting that Romney is bad for Unions and asking us to vote for him can and will lead to unpleasant responses, like this one - You F U C K I N G RETARD, shut that hole under your nose, it's beginning to stink in here.

Lol Mitt Romney=George Bush "Lite"..Never happen.."Newt Gingrich"..Just what we need, another right wing cheating fanatic. War with Iran ? Maybe, maybe not..While I don't love all things Obama, he managed Osama Bin Laden pretty well, something ol' George Bush could never seem to do..One last question: Is the OP for real ??? Sure, I'll vote for a vulture "venture capitalist" who is worth $42 million and who thinks putting people out of work is a great idea..ROMNEY=GOING DOWN IN FLAMES in 2012..And would ya really want a President named after a toad ?? President "Newt" ???

Mitt swept Nevada in yesterday's caucuse and the Mormons there were ecstatic and proud of the unequaled, unparalleled patriot since Eisenhower. His secret service detail resonated with seriousness and confidence, aggression, and a premonition that Mitt is the one, the successor to Obama; "that wimp in the White House"...Army General Stanley McCrystal referred to in a Rolling Stone Magazine interview April 2010 and Obama subsequently fired as the commanding general of U.S. special Forces in Afghanistan and forced him to retire August 2010. General McCrystal's poignant characterization of Obama and his buffoon vice president, Joe Biden, reverberated through Army special forces with a resounding validation of the severe contempt for the inept commander-in-chief. Obama's temerity to fire a docorated, combat hardened SF patriot was an affront and a betrayal to all career SF patriots, particularly those deployed to central Asia and risking their lives daily. Mitt, however, will redress that defilement and afford the U.S. military the freedom to think and act independently. Mormans are patriots and they revel in the sanctity of a powerful and proud U.S. military, and they are honorable and devoted to family and country. Yes, Romney will restore order and American values, and the U.S. military will exude pride and excel as the most feared and skilled warriors in the world. And the muslims, who have subverted our culture for decades, need to hightail it out of the country.

It will be a disgusting campaign, post Citizen's United. If you think the va-Mitt versus Newt was ugly and expensive, you ain't seen nuthin' yet! If America allows elections (auctions) to continue to go to the highest bidder....we may as well shitcan our Constitution right now....politicos do not represent the interests of the American people, only the people (Corporations are People, my friend, so sayeth va-Mitt) with enough money to win the bidding war.....maybe we can short circuit the entire process and just hire Barret-Jackson to decide who get the presidency, house seats, senate seats and the less than supreme court.

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is a chilling instance of the alarming rise of authoritarianism in the United States. Obama signed the bill into law the evening of December 31, 2011 and it is quintessential Leninism. He has embraced Marxism since his college years and he is frequently addressing class struggle. Obama, and Leon Pannetta, the defense secretary, are downsizing the U.S. military and diminishing general officers authority, and Iraq, following our recent departure from there, has become a satellite state. He has turned against Israel the Iranians are determined to annihilate, and he is advocating containment of the Iranian nuclear threat through economic sanctions, which is mumbo jumbo; the Iranians will begin producing nuclear weapons within the next several months, and it is imperitive that the Israelis launch preemptive strikes with bunker busting bombs, daisey cutters, immediately and destroy the 40 plus nuclear facilities in Iran before the Iranians place it's uranium enrichment in underground facilities below many layers of granite that will be immune from the bunker busting bombs. The Israelis call this the "zone of immunity". It will be protected from military strikes, and in that instance, the time to construct a nuclear weapon is irrelevant. The Israelis need a U.S. Aircraft Carrier to launch their airstrikes, but Obama refuses to offer one. So, under the Obama White House, the Israelis are on their own despite their frequent intelligence reports to us on Islamic radicals who are a threat to the United States. This is who Obama is, and Hollywood, Ted Kennedy and John kerry, and numerous other leftists put him there, and he is steadily dismantling the United States in alleigence to his anti-American sentiment and secret alliance to the ideology repugnant and hostile to American Democracy and our national security. And equally alarming, the United States is the ultimate Iranian prize, but Obama is unwilling to confront them militarily.

On line five, I neglected to insert "Iranian" Satellite state, which is what Iraq has become today following our recent departure from there.

Wake up people. Unions have lost their juice. Why? Because they are Neanderthal in their approach. They think we're still in 1966. What has Obama 'done for unions'? And what the hell does that mean anyway? You have the right to organize. You have the right not to. That has been the law for decades. I work for Hostess Brands. Our union punked us in the first bk and now we are going through another one. Let's see how much the union screws us for this time. Screw the unions. Mine..........IBT sucks. They bent us over for $2500 a year and up to $7,000 a year the last time. Let's see what the next humpin' will cost us.

Old Bomba has NOT done crap for Unions.....however the goBP is not an alternative since they not only do nothing...the goBP is actively anti-Union.....look at Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, Arizona. Maine, Michigan ...etc and their goBPer governors' war on Unions...............and ibc734...it is "members?" like yourself that account for some of the demise of Labor....how many doors have yopu knocked on for organizing or supporting a pro-Union candidate??? How about a precinct caucus where you could help shape a platform???? thought not...all you can do is *****...how is that working out for you?

Hey Farty. You gave me nothing but a mouthful of sour grapes. Vote for your precious Obama again. See how you like Obamacare when your company tosses you off their HC plan because the fine is cheaper.

And screw organizing. I have no choice in Illinois but to belong to a union if there is one in that place of business. I've had non-union jobs many times in my life. My union is bending us over. Now suck on that. I do not need some punk BA standing up for me. I've always worked and worked hard. Slobs and lazy garbage like you need a rep. Not me.

The media recently picked up on how Apple products are made in part, by Chinese kids working 16 hour days for 70 cents an hour.
But let's not forget that until the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 American children were also put to work in sweatshops, mills and fields. During the Great Depression families relied on the extra income that children could provide.
Photographer Lewis Hine documented working and living conditions of American children from 1908 to 1924. These photos come courtesy of the Library of Congress.
