To Jeff, Kim, Manny and Jack

I wanted to take this moment to congratulate you in a job well done. You have fired plenty of rank and file organizers to keep the bank/hotel clerks and the Craig’s list organizers to be confronted with this resolution bull****. Your great plan to invest in organizing the parking lot attendants will just put our Union right out of our core industries. Let the freight and warehouse members seek good paying jobs in those fields next.

Keep up the great work for Our Union is counting on YOU!!!

As the organizing drive heads down the home stretch GP Hoffa must be asking himself "What Have I Done". I have a department lead by union busters that have produced more union busters than organizers. I have allowed outsiders to direct the organizing department, allowed them to hire more outsiders as organizers, those hired have become union busters and I can't grow our union. Oh wait I agreed with senior staff that we should organize parking lot attendants before we organize in our core industries.

GP Hoffa you had a choice and you obviously chose wrong!!!!!!!

Jeff, Kim, Jack and Manny have no clue or care about our UNION!

GP Hoffa take control and build our UNION Strong Again!!!!!!!

You are not ALONE you have a new GEB.

Put them to work along with the Division Directors!

In a meeting I had last week with a Teamster Local I ask them which side they were on....

The conversation started with the loyal Teamster asking me "when Sherri did you move to the bad side"

I said the better question is "when did you"?

He said, "I don't understand"
I said, "you should have that printed on a tshirt".

I went on to say "your local is Very supportive of the IBT, so the ballots went out Monday. IBT vs. their own employees, so which side are you on?"

"the employee or the employer?"
After a long blank stare.....I finished him off, "yeah that puts us on the same side, right? I'm pulling for the employer too"

The truth has already been said, sadly. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. Its possible FAIR organizers will have contracts but maybe no work. Sort of a Catch 22 for some of these people isn't it?
