In every election for many years John Philipenis has been a candidate and in every election but one he has lost. In every election he has lost he has filed his protests because he is a sore looser. He got lucky in 2008 and won so he didn't file a protest in that election but he screwed our Local up in every way that he could. Many complaints were filed with the International and they did nothing but put on one dog and pony show after another. The International was asked to run and monitor the election but they refused saying that they wanted the Members to select their leaders. Well Hoffa they elected their leaders in an election. But now we are again faced with the protests of John Philipenis and a hearing must be held on the 26th of this month. But why is the International threatening to break up our Local, The Members have spoken Let the new administration run this Local. Stop threatening the administration and its Members with breaking up our Local You gave John Philipenas all the latitude there was to give now go back to Washington and collect your dues and Leave these people alone.

Penis it is time for you to face reality. You and your entire executive board are a flop and you all lost your election so move on. You have to admit to your selves you are losers. Quit spending our money on your loss. Do what everyone else does when they loose their election go back to work in your craft and quit whining.
