Shame you can quit playing your crying game. There was an election and after all the cheating Penis and Whiner did they still lost. Nothing stolen just lost the election. No surprise to anyone but you They ran the Local and its health fund in to the ground and the Members with half a brain saw that.

has anyone else seen the celebrity steward that tommy has picked for the convention industry?????? he can be found doing nothing as exhibitors bring in their own frieght and more and more extraboard flood the floor at shot show.

ever wonder why during the our biggest money making time of the year freeman is doing 6 and 8 hour days if your lucky...... yet when your walking out theres a whole crew of extraboard coming in to replace you. soon with tommy and gang doing nothing once agian we should more and more workers and less and less WORK.........

Now Penis has lost his election protest at Joint Council 42 he will undoubtedly file his usual appeal to the IBT instead of sucking it up like a man and going on with his life. But being the little ***** that he is we will hear more from him in the future. It is so good to have our Local back in the hands of people that care about the Members instead of their personal agendas.

I as many wasnt happy how our union was run by john and his group , i didnt rant and rave i spoke with my vote i would have been happier if he had left earlier but it is what it is . now is the time to do what is needed AND THATS HEAL OUR UNION . WE DONT HAVE TO LOVE OUR BROTHER AND SISTERS BUT WE HAVE TO MOVE ON , ITS TOMMYS CHANCE TO TRY AND DO HIS BEST AND IF HE DOESNT WE CAN VOTE HIM OUT ALSO BUT WHEN WE FIGHT ONLY THE COMPANIES WIN . IM WILLING TO WORK WITH ANYONE WHO HAS THE LOCALS BEST INTEREST NO MATTER WHAT SLATE THEY ARE ON . i read all the hate and i know it doesnt help anyone ,if you dont like someone use your vote during elections and if it doesnt work try again during the next election because thats when your voice counts the most thats why your a member you pay extra for that voice and when the elections over go back to business do your part and remember this is a brotherhood

The members have finally started seeing the light. The mood on the show floor is slowly started to change. After the new year the members were spreading crap all over the place. But in over a month its changed. This new administration is working hard for our members. While our former agents continue to spread hate the new administration is working their butts off. Bringing new memberd in was a great start. Having a plan to rebuild the local and starting that plan on day one shows the commitment to the members. Gone are the days of Phillipenas and Hardison destroying our local from within. Gone are the days of Don and his family destroying members lives to advance their families financial gain. As long as Tommy continues on the path of fixing this local we will keep him for 20 years. Tommy your intentions to bring back some of the former administration was good but not bringing any of them back is the right choice. Non of those former officers or businesd agents care about the local. Keep bringing in new people that want to make this local right. It would be nice to see Jc 42 rule on the election protest so we can finally tell John, Kevin and the rest of the Unpowerment Slate goodbye once and for all.

631 Teamo Joint Council 42 has rulled against John now he has filed his appeal the the IBT and when he looses there he will file with the Labor Department. I am troubled by your coment that none of the former officers cared about this Local. If you are talking about any former officer that is a very broad brush to paint with. There have been many officers of this local that have worked very hard to build this great union. Cheryl Schmit and Tommy Blitsch are some of those former officers just to name two. For this local to heal and move forward the past administration need to conceed they lost the election and stop bashing everybody that doesnt agree with them.
