It's time to help regardless of who we supported

Nothing is perfect and this election cycle teaches us something. We have a lot of work to do. Those of you that lost stop continuing your banter, we all knew the voter turnout would be. We want more participation more mobilization and higher turnouts. The only way that changes is if you actively become involved, in a positive way, in bringing a better message about our union.
Most of our members enjoy early retirement, great medical and twice the wages as our non union counterparts not to mention the power of having a voice on the job. You say we are weak when there is an enormous difference between us and the nonunion for the most part. More than 93% is non union and we still hold what we do.
We are not weak, we a strong and we can become stronger when we stop bashing our own union and it's leadership.

So your saying you want to brainwash new members as you have been brainwashed??
I''m all for supporting the Union, But I do believe every members voice should be heard and I also believe that the fraud and corruption committed by those in power in our Union need to be rooted out,...
As far as I can tell the TDU is the only group that reports the "bad" things some of our leadership take part in, And for there part in reporting those things we all should be thankful,....

I think weak leadership among local unions is what makes people turn to TDU for help. So the problem is not really TDU but the few assholes in the union who just want to collect a paycheck off of dues-paying members, do as little as possible, and put the member's concerns last.
It seems the union is getting more into politics and looking out more for the higher-ups, and their career advancement; selling out the workers in the process.
