I'll stay involved at the local level, And I promise to help juniors opposition during the next campaign,...

Focus on enforcing our contract instead of blaming others for what you didn't get or what is owed to you. I'm sure you didn't mind the 11 bucks an hour in our last 2 contracts. And that's the issue, everyone should be involved!! It shouldn't matter the president, enforce your contract yourself. Too many people hide in the shadows. Those are the biggest complainers and the biggest complainers are the ones that don't have the stones to file a grievance.

Why even bother filling any grievance, We all see that junior lets them get hung up at panel and makes sure they are never heard,

Like I said. In my building we file grievances and they get paid. There are two types of panels, local and international. Stop with the excuses. File grievance!!! What is up with your statement, "why even bother?" are you kidding me? So instead you would rather waste your time to just complain about the issues instead of doing anything about. Take back your pride and enforce your contract.

I agree and Great Post!! Stop blaming others and stand up for your rights when this company tries to take them from you! Only the weak lay down and let them walk all over them.
