Here are the complete election results for all positions including Vice Presidents and Trustees:

http://www.ibtvote.o...ts-11.18.11.pdf

You can see that roughly 10,000 to 12,000 Sandy Pope voters voted against Hoffa slate members by voting for Gegare slate VP at Large candidates. Some additional Hoffa and Pope voters seem to have voted for the female slate members on the Gegare slate.

Before the vote count, I thought that Southern region VP candidate Aaron Belk had the best chance of any Gegare slate member to win, because I thought he would not only get votes from Gegare voters, but also from Sandy voters. Belk didn't win, but he got votes from about 2,300 non Gegare voters, since he got about 2,300 more votes than Gegare himself did in the Southern region.

I wonder who were the 27,934 members who voted for fake candidate Gary Marquart for GST. Were they so uninformed that they thought he was affiliated with Sandy, since his name was immediately under Sandy, in the same column as Sandy on the ballot? I wanna be a fake candidate next time. I haven't had my 15 minutes of fame yet!

Oh, and we have the first dead man ever elected to the Teamsters GEB. No, not Hoffa. Steve Pocztowski. I wonder who is the biggest Hoffa suck ass in line who will get that VP spot.

Hoffa......137,172==59.5%
Gegare ....54,148==23.5%
Pope........39,251==17.0%

So of the eighteen and a half percent of the members who bothered to vote, more than 40% DID NOT want Hawfuh.

Wow, that's quite a well thought out line.Posted Image
Maybe you should look at those #'s again and let the fact that close to 60% wanted him to serve another term. But I guess by your logic I should've posted, close to 60% DID NOT WANT Dope or Dread. Posted Image

Hater, let’s forget about the “fake candidate” and the “dead man” for a moment as neither affected the outcome of the election. Instead, let’s look at the Eastern Region, which is where many assumed Pope would do well.

Locals 1, 61, 82, 102, 456, 559, 597, 653, 1035 and 1149 were in the Leedham column in 2006. In your drill-down of the vote, I’d be interested in hearing your analysis as to how Pope managed to lose all of these locals to Hoffa?

In short what hoffa hater is trying to say is that Jim Hoffa got 60% of the vote and the "fake" candidate came in slightly behind sandy poop.

Thats pretty good for a four term president. Consider this notation, for the first time in his career won every single local in New England, Michigan and Chicago.

I'm With Hoffa 2016.

Thanks hoffa hater. It was real fun whipping all your asses.

Bottom line, Hoffa and team won this election by a wide margin over the other candidates. Now lets move past this and work to grow and strengthen our union.

Members expressed themselves. Ideas for moving forward were debated (not necessarily in person) insofar as campaign material and statements were distributed to the membership. Some discontent should be noted, both among the rank and file, and among officials. But the results are how they are, and the time has come to move forward as a union. Hopefully both sides of the debate can focus on building a stronger union with a sense of solidarity.

At least Billy Cunningham has the balls to pick a side and fight in the open. As opposed to the JC leadership who didn't display any testicular fortitude in the election. Jan Katz is a mean MF'r and I guarentee you wouldn't say boo to his face!

Whoever it is I hope it disturbs you enough to give you brain cancer. Highly unlikely though, first you'd need a brain.
