The TDU/Gegare Slate (cause really they are running together) suffered ANOTHER humiliating defeat in the East. Tnet members like Fighting For The Members and TruckPlate have gone underground. No doubt they are making reservations for plane tickets to some third world country to hide out like hunted Nazis lol. These cowards talked so tough about how they were going make James P. Hoffa retire...where are they now? Lol they are slinking out of the country to become ex-patriots, thats where. LOSERS!!! Come out and take it like gentlemen. Or just crawl away into the shadows...either way just get out of the way while we move this great Union forward into the future :-) SCUMBAGS LOLOLOL!!!!!

You don't know the half of TruckPlate. Were 99% sure he's Gegares central VP Fred Zuckerman. At his local nominations meeting had non teamsters come in to intimidate his opposition. Since I started campaigning for his opposition his BA has attempted to get me fired and so has his top propoganda spreading steward. Its hard to believe people like him still exist in our great union. Enjoy the victory!

The silence is deafening. Thats scary because it means that these clowns actually thought they had a chance in this election. Get in line behind the Hoffa/Hall machine and help this Union work for the betterment of our members. Or just keep bitching and moaning because you and your buddies are not in charge. The decision is yours.

The only thing the hoffa hall machine is going to do is to continue selling out the membership and forcing concessions on the membership,..

God help the Teamsters, It will be a long five years,....

Here's something for you Walleye. To continue to sell out the membership, they would have had to started selling out the membership at some point. Guess what?....the majority of the membership didn't and doesn't buy what you're selling. You must be an incredible sore loser. I didn't see you on here until your man got pounded in the election. You choose now to show up and attempt to smear the winners? Give us all a break. Either get in line, do something constructive for the future of this Union or get the hell out of the way and let someone else.

I just recently found this site,.....

I have no plans to march in lockstep with the leadership just because everyone else does,

Junior and hall sold out all of the Freight members with the UPS Freight contract and by letting UPS out of the Central States fund,...They forced the members at YRC, Holland and New Penn to vote, vote and vote again forcing huge concessions on them,...

Hoffa has all but killed the NMFA,....

I do the best I can at the local level but I will not buy into hoffa-hall,.........

You're really still in campaign mode aren't you? Are you in denial or are you just planning to continue this negative, misleading line of bullshit? You don't have to march lockstep with anyone, but you should at least try sticking to the facts. First of all, no one sold anybody out anywhere. The "sellout" UPSF contract you refer to was ratified by over 90% of the members. You remember them, right? They're the ones that actually work under the contract. Second, no one forced any members to approve any concessions. The majority of those members saw their options and chose to take the concessions in hopes of saving YRC. Many things have hurt NMFA....Jim Hoffa ain't one of them. It's time for that campaign rhetoric we heard for the past several months to fade away like Gegare and Pope will.

Your absolutely right..Time for all that nasty dissident "rhetoric" to just go away and go back to business as usual...Selling out the members, ignoring Freight, proclaiming hollow victories and more blustering while NOTHING gets done..Then, next year we will all get the spiel about how Obama is our "friend"..and we should vote for him for another 4 years of doing nothing for labor. So now that the so called election is over, when does your hero stop the NAFTA trucks ? I mean, he's "Hoffa", he can do anything can't he ? Five years from now=less members and more sell out "contracts"...And FedEx/Conway will never happen..

You don't like the way the union is being run? Run for office, get elected and change it. For now, stop running around yelling at everyone that the sky is falling because we're too busy working to keep dealing with looosers who talk too much and work too little.

So until such time STFU!

But 11:58, then he would actually have to do something. He would actually have to show some results instead of just throwing rocks. That is not the TDU way. He thinks the campaign is still going on, even though his Local voted 62% for Hoffa. He loser....its over. Why don't you try doing something positive for this Union for a change. Just try it.....it won't hurt a bit.

Well, I don't know where you are but some are working everyday to help. As a matter of fact 65 members from throughout the JC attended a training on Saturday hosted by Local 166 and learned another step in helping the unorganized organize. As we build for our future, mobilize and train the only thing being ignored is the work being done.
