This video is extremely disturbing.


It shows an Aransas judge violently beating his daughter with a belt for getting on the internet and downloading a song. Given the fact this man is entrusted to uphold the law, the abuse he maliciously handed out needs to be brought to light.

What a sad commentary on abusive parents.

A Texas judge has issued a temporary restraining order that will prevent another judge, made infamous by a video of his violent beating of his oldest daughter, from visiting his youngest daughter until a hearing later this month.

State District Judge Kemper Stephen Williams issued the order late Thursday barring Aransas County Court-at-Law Judge William Adams from being alone with his 10-year-old daughter.
Adams has not held court since his 23-year-old daughter Hillary Adams released a secretly-recorded 2004 video of him beating her with a belt.

The Corpus Christi Caller-Times reports that Williams issued the order at the request of William Adams' ex-wife Hallie Adams.
