Allied Waste owns this local, Dale Robbins the sexual harassing Secretary/Treasurer and business agent Mario Martinez routinely rolls over for Allied Waste like dogs! Rick Lewis a previous Chief Steward now a turn coat Ops Mgr. routinely terminates Teamster Garbage/recycle drivers for being as little as 30min over their precious route standard and if you get on the wrong side of Rick he will harass you, god help you if you get hurt just recently a driver bumped his head and didn't think anything of it but several days later reported having headaches was terminated for failing to report an injury and the BA Mario tells him to resign? The Union allows a Teamster Rat Larry Frazier to follow fellow Teamsters and then reports to the Mgr Rick Lewis his findings and cuts hours off his teamster brothers and snitches on them this is a non-union position being done by a driver who is good friends with the Mgr. they were stewards together! He is a Rat snitch and has played a major role in getting fellow Teamsters fired! He actually rear-ended a recycle shop steward earlier this year and as a working foreman called the Mgr reporting it and was told to continue on the audit Matt Perrin the Steward was told by Larry to continue on it's taken care of "Rick knows" fast forward 10 days and Matt is fired for failing to report! The Recyclers Matt was Rep. were looking to strike over poor wages and benefits and were in negociations, the union did have a greivance hearing to no result and then had a mediation hearing to which Matt won but it was not a binding so Allied would not bring him back! The Union should have backed the Recyclers and demanded Matts job back! But instead they told the Recyclers to accept the offer and they would not allow them to strike and worse yet the 315 didn't even take the case to Arbetration! Matt called everyone in the Teamsters but no one would help? Now that yard is ran like a concentration camp, drivers do not take all their breaks just so to try to comply with route standards and are constanly harassed! Is there anyone who can help us? I think we should launch a class action law-suit against the 315! the 315 was sued several years ago over sexual harassment in the Local's office by girls working there Dale and the 315 settled it...maybe this might get rid of Mario or make the Union finally get out of Allieds bed!

Brother there is alot you can do!! You can file a ULP with the NLRB agai st the local, you can write a letter to your respective Joint Council. A class action would be a long process and the co could terminate plenty of drivers in the process. As for the standards, is there language in your CBA that allow or give your employer the right to set production standards?? All very important questions... Get back at me and i can show you other ways to proceed.

Yes there is an article that allows for productivity standards....I mean a class action against my local 315 for collusion with Allied!
