Tomorrow morning Penis and Wayne Dah will drive another nail in the coffin of the Local 631 construction members, They will vote the members at Las Vegas Paving on a last best and final Agreement. They have fucked around for over a year trying to negotiate a contract in the construction industry to no avail. They have effectively lost the construction industry and will end up with a sand and gravel Agreement i n the end of the day. Something that every other past administration has avoided. Thank you Penis for selling us all out. You have put us all in a position that we cannot win.

On Monday Penis will go to arbitration against Republic Services and without the help of the last Negotiating committee. He knows who knows the truth but will not ask then to testify for he is playing politics with the Members future. Way to go Penis.

Did the contract pass or not? If the contract is that bad I am sure the members will vote No. What arbitration at Republic?

The contract passed. Penis violated every rule in the by-laws and International constitution to pass it but pass it he did. He had Art Canto from Joint Council 42 there for all of 15 minuets and then he ran out the back door, ever he did not want anything to do with what was going on. The Members don't understand yet what has happened to them but they will figure it out but it will be to late. It is what it is and the industry is doomed, Thank you Art for your help in ******* the Members at Local 631.

There is no way he can overide a vote. If I were you I would file a complain with the National Labor Relations Board and the IBT pronto! You cannot let this guy get away with this. The members have to vote. The problem with white paper contracts is that the majority of the members won't show to the vote at the union hall. Everyone should be able to vote via mail.

NLRB may be an option but the International is not they have allowed this guy to violate the Members rights for the last 2 and a half years. There have been many complaints filed with them and they are afraid of this puke. The International has no credibility in Las Vegas period. Everyone keeps saying this guy cant do that and this and that but he keeps getting away with it. The only hope the Members have is to take him out in the election if there is anything left. Hell Joint Council found him guilty of violating the constitution and gave him a thirty day suspension from his job and the international is to chickenshit to enforce it. Give me a break.

Here's an interesting fact; earlier today (about 08:54) @ UPS N. bldg. facility, John Pasty-face Pheelapenis did announce to the membership "I don't care, I'm retiring anyway!" Seems nutless-wonder JP is apparently conceding any chance to win re-election in November & will bail in his UPS retirement parachute (same med-plan he's been hiding behind in his wife's retirement skirt since slashing member's bennies...). Yep, this guy's "punk-par-excellence". Definition of "punk"- one who runs his mouth but never brings any ass to back it up. Restore the pride.

And yet another lie from the mouth of who else?? The leader of the pack,John Phillipenas. He says in his campain flyer and on his web site that he will be "Expanding the Training center to allow our childern and grandchildern to start training for Teamster jobs" Maybe he ought to worry about the parents and grandparents jobs that he has not taken care of, and let the parents and grandparents take care of the kids. Then he goes on to say he will be "Expanding the CDL classes at the Training center" Now that is a real joke with over 150 Brothers and Sisters on the Construction out of work list who currently have CDL's not to mention all of the Redi-Mix Drivers who just lost their jobs. I guess he is going to train more people to go work non Union Jobs with the CDL's he gets for them?? Where else can they go? And with the Construction vote that took place on Sunday at which the members voted to take back the $0.65 @ hr. going to training, where is John going to get the money to do all of this training??OPS! Just more lies to the members.Oh and I almost forgot,he is going to be "Building a Training center next door to the hall,with a small goverment grant to start" Yet another lie! At the Construction meeting on Sunday John said" He wants to close down the Training Center and recomended the members take back their $0.65@hr. from Training, again where is he going to get the rest of the 2 to 3 million dollars to complete the job?? Another OPS! Just more lies from the mouth of the Empowerment Slate leader.

Penis started his arbitration against Republic. The ******* didn't even bring the people from the negotiating committee to testify at the hearing. No business agents no S/T no attorney. Just like Penis go to a gun fight with a stick. Looks like another looser for the Members. Then he pulled the good one on Sunday getting up in front of the Members downgrading the training center that he is the co chairman for. You are truly an idiot John and your days are numbered and running down faster than your mouth. Do you want to go and threaten another Member Penis that is all you can do because everybody known you don't have the stones to throw down on anybody and you better hope that the UPSer you threatened tho other day doesn't take you on he will kick your ass.

Pasty's pretty good at causing a scene on the job site for opponent members, he just wants to cost a working man his job (like his punk-ass BA Kermit Williams threatening another stand-up member @ Republic the same day). Monday, without witnesses, when Pasty was invited to make his move, all he did was walk away and back 3 times running his mouth threatening to "kick ur ass", "send (me) to the hospital". John Pheelapenis can't stand being laughed at. Needless to say, he really doesn't want a piece of me because here... I... am.

Why, Restore the Pride ST candidate Tommy Blitsch from UPS is the only logical choice of course. Bill Brown's not qualified for ST and un-electable. Incumbent Pasty-Penas has earned the member's contempt (except for a few of his cronies) & cost them terrible losses in benefits, lost jurisdiction, contracts, & convention hours. Not to mention all his arbitration losses (winless) out of his own craft. The list of Embarrassment Slate blunders is almost endless.

The Restore The Pride ticket seems to be the clear leader. Blitsch will have a huge mess to clean up in the convention industry. The companys are walking all over us. I have never seen so many non-Teamsters on the floor. The Teamsters that are working cant stop talking about the new contract book. This is not the contract we were told we were voting on. I was told there is a new article called the Donny article. This article says Weimers family gets to work when ever they want. And when they are at work they dont have to work.

It wasn't just the construction contract sister it is every contract he has touched. The construction contract is the beginning of the end for that industry as we know it in Las Vegas. and the **** will roll down hill in the other industries. The test site contractors are already insisting on the same kind of cuts citing the construction cuts as a bases for their moves. The Membership has only itself to blame as they elected these idiots out of hate generated from lies and untruths. There is no way to fix what has been done here but to move forward and try to gain back little bits at a time. It will take years to get back where we were if we ever get it back. Penis and his bunch need to be barred from this membership for life for what they have done. They have destroyed lives and families out of their own personal agendas and the International has stood by and let it ll happen because they are to chickenshit to do their job. Sending Canto in here was a slap in the face to the membership in construction but he had a good time in Vegas drinking his way through the day. He saw what was happening in the meeting and hauled his sorry ass out the back door.

I hear ya brother! It's a travesty that should have never happend, but it is what we are left with and hopefully the members will take the time to kick theirs butts to the curb!
