Jim Anderson and Tony Blair have chosen James Brown to run on their Hourly Workers United Slate. They are running for the executive board for local 89. James Brown has run for steward many times. He can not get enough support to win a stewards election. James Brown has filed 2 grievances. Both of which, were because he was terminated. One was for sexual harassment. The other was for dishonesty. James Brown pled guilty, and begged for mercy in both of these cases.

I was talking to Mike Knear today down at the feeders and he is all pissed off at Anderson for putting James Brown on the slate. Knear is only doing this to get a job at the hall and thinks Brown will ruin his chances. He says Brown has only been to two grievance meetings in his life and both times when he was fired. Once for dishonesty and once for sexual harassment. Lucky for him the hall was able to save his ass. Now Knear is worried what the campaign flyers will look like for a guy who is running for office that is dishonest and sexually harasses other employees. Great choices in running mates.

Sure was fun to watch President Zuckerman confront James Brown today about his lies in front of the feeder department. I was there Titan 89 were you? When President Zuckerman confronted Brown he pissed all over himself. Brown admitted he lied about saying things about Zuckerman's son, admitted he never met the man and never served with him. Why would anyone lie about someone who served through 9-11 and Iraqi Freedom? Brown is the biggest piece of **** you could imagine.

The statements about mike being fired 4 times are completely false. He has not been fired for any of the reasons that were mentioned.

Both sides need to only comment on slate members, BAs and anyone who openly post their name and want to be a player in this election.

Yesterday an Hourly supporter made a bad decision to bring a another mans family into this election. The Hourly Workers do not condone this and are very sorry this has happened. This supporter was feeling a lot of passion for the Hourly cause after hearing from one of the BAs that this was going to be one of the most dirty and ulgy election campaigns that Fred has ever ran.
I would also like to point out that Don has made statments about Brandon, Mike, and Tony's Family.

Jim is asking that all of the Hourly supporters keep their comments to the Slate members, BAs and anyone who places their self in the same category.

The termination information is 100 percent accurate about Mike Knear. Mike Knear also gave money to the Gegare campaign. Mike Knear wore a black Gegare vest at the international convention. Mike Knear later, handbilled with Tony Blair for Sandy Pope. Mike Knear is a cheap opportunist that will do whatever he thinks, will get him a job as a business agent.

A massive crack was in a wall in wing c. Jim Anderson was the chsp safety co-chair and the union steward. Jim Anderson was afraid to tell the company about this, for fear that they would get mad at him. This crack cost 50,000 dollars to fix, because it was a hazard to fall at anytime. If Jim Anderson is not willing to stand up to the company over a dangerous wall, do you think he would stand up to the company at all.

Now take a look at this post....first sentence (hourly supporter) that was James Brown, he's on your slate, he's the one that did the slander against Freds son!

The first two sentences your sorry, then the third sentence you blame Fred??? You guys are unbelieveable! I've said it before, when you guys started posted months ago about wanted dirt on Fred that told everybody you were going to play dirty.... and so you have!!!

Jesse Stewart was notified that he was ineligible very close to the sixth of October. A long time elapsed between then and yesterday, when the hourly workers unite slate took him off of their site.

Larry Despain had an employee that he was representing, rewrite a statement and give it to the company. Larry Despain told the employee what to write. This same statement that Larry Despain had the employee rewrite, caused this employee to be terminated. The employee filed a grievance to get their job back. This grievance was deadlocked to the state panel. The employee was saved at the panel by the present business agent Vincent Rivera. The panel actually asked why the steward had the employee rewrite the statement like he did.
