you must have missed the news--

The left wing organizers called for 20,000 pissed off folks for a day of rage but only 300 college students and aging hippies showed up.

-Bummer.

The protest ended because their mommies called and told them dinner was on the table.Posted Image

and over 1000 nurses were on the other side of the coast - in San Fransisco - protesting Wall Street crooks

I wonder if they were the mommy's of any of the college students in the East?

again you must have missed the news--this was a staged rally on the 15th for the 1,000 nurses attending the NNU convention--they were seved ice cream and apple pie with their wine and cheese during the protest Posted Image

you are really searching at the bottom of the proverbial barrel to make a rather silly point about the rage for Wall Street

We've been doing a good job with our college kids. Good job, parents! Way to raise 'em right Posted Image

Here's their provisional list of demands:

Of course, the demands listed above are from the perspective of the 'business insider'. **** 'em. They think credit default swaps and derivatives are STABLE!!! Posted Image

To the bigot who made the igorant and disrespectful comment above: guess you don't know about or understand kids. Probally stems from the fact that you've always had a hard time getting laid. I'd be bitter too, buddy.

If you had kids you'd see how smart they are and how much courage they have.

Our youth are the solution and they bring solutions. I'd like to see you break their spirit. You have no idea. Not a clue.

Until the RINOs are gone....I will vote democrat. I talked with a person whose opinion I respect today. He thinks if McCain had won we'd have a social movement by now. Nonetheless, the kids are getting it done and we will join them.

The seniors will protect social security and medicare. Tell them to bring it on!

The young lady in the video above is from LaRouchePAC. They characterize themselves as a Platonist Whig movement Posted Image

Looks like LaRouch has a cult following and they prey on youth...esp. on college campuses. I hope our kids can sort through the bullshit. The manipulation is dangerous.

Holy ****....there is so much CRAP out there when you look up Glass-Steagall!

My bad for posting without better research and my apologies Posted Image

I heard on the radio that there is no leadership within this 'occupy wallstreet' movement. It's organic.
I don't like no leadership - anarchist models. I don't like LaRouche infilitrating. They are obviously bankrolled. Maybe the unions should lead....or guide. Posted Image

ugh, so, RINO's are republicans who act like democrats (where are they)? Blue dog are democrats who act like republicans. Now you have LaRouche and Maddow saying the same things and our kids are out there? Alone? Okay, I have to take a break from T-net. I need to do some serious reading and talk to credible people.

I hope this election for the Teamsters president puts the best people in charge. I want to retire with my company and I hope a pension is there when I get to retirement. I picked boxes all week.

Gotta make sure the kids can think critically and have a 21st century skill set. Lot of work to do.

yes you do need to do some serious reading ..also i raised my kids not to depend on the government and communism is evil ..and i wouldn't be paying college tuition for my kids to play hooky and urinate in the street ... and their protest is in the wrong location ..guess they were asleep in civics class ..washington is where legislation is passed ..but we don't want obama to look bad do we?Posted Image after all obama voted for the bank bailout ,his policies have made the economy worse and you rant over Glass-Steagall well well well that was clinton that ended that ..

also on a video i saw... one kid praised mao tse tung ,a communist mass murderer ! yup some parents are doing a fine job Posted Image

and your bigot remark has nothing to do with race ..i oppose illegal labor you on the other hand embrace it by embracing it you support union busting and depriving unemployed americans from work opportunity and identity theft etc etc etc

Geez, dockman, EVERYTHING, comes back to bashing immigrants and the democrats whenever you post.

Has it occurred you to look up the Guest Worker Program or to understand the divide-and-conquer strategies of racist remarks?

You can criticize the tactics of our youth without reducing yourself to derogatory remark, about a large group. You struggle with stereo-typing.

You also put the cart before the horse.

If we curb wall street, we can have more control over our politicians and over the exploitation of workers, etc.

Your comments are nothing but a distraction. You have your eye off the ball. You don't purposely try to confuse, like eggman/scab, but you do a great job distracting.

You repeat yourself over and over, as well. I've heard your point of view.

For these reasons, I don't think its productive to have a conversation with you.

Oh, and in case you can't comprehend this difficult economic situation, the dismantling of Glass-Steagall was called the Gramm-Leach-Biliey Act.

Gramm - ® Texas
Leach - ® Iowa
Bliley - ® Virginia

You do know what a RINO is, right? It's a Republican who talks a game (god, family, immigration, fiscal responsibility) but does the exact opposite after election.

Yes, Democrats got Blue Dogs, too.

I can't BELIEVE the right-wing think tanks are after our youth. How ******* naive to not think they had there eye on our youth for YEARS now!

no ,really?Posted Image and who signed the Gramm-Leach-Biliey Act into law ? woooo it was Bill Clinton(D) you know the same man who signed NAFTA and signed off to permanent trade status to China ... man get grip do some reading

here you go, let me help you further your education

http://www.presidenc...2#axzz1ZgU5aJD8

so NOW you know you are complaining about a bill that was signed into law by a democrat
and again obama voted in favor of the bank bailout ... btw i'm not a republican nor a democrat ..i vote independent ... study the candidate for office and then cast your vote for who's best ... only a fool checks the D box or the R box on the ballot

btw..i think the wall street protesters need to move to washington (that's where legislation is passed) and join up with their comrades ..because i would love to see more videos such as this Posted Image

I do read, dockman. To my kids. Who are just getting into middle school. They do very well. I do intend to be more involved and informed with labor politics. I fell and would have never gotten back up if he wasn't for my fellow union members giving me a hand. I know family is there in a crisis but not like my coworkers have been there for me. I am proud to be a Teamster. And I'm not gonna get any decent info. from you and I'm sure you're not the type to lend a hand....just kick people when they are down.

Vote Obama 2012.

Don't **** over your kids or your fellow workers because you like to be a moron by watching fox, listening to Beck or trolling LaRouche videos.

Keep your kids away from dockman. He's a bigot Posted Image

actually, I think these young students did well in the mis-titled video that dockman has shown here. Adam Kokesh - Adam vs. the Man - took the premise that you cannot beg government to act in the interest of the people and twisted it to Occupy Wall Street therefore advocates violent government.

sssttttrreeettttcccchhhhiiiinnnngggg

Adam Kokesh is in the wrong here. His image was hailed during the anti-war movement in 2006 in his Iraq Veterns Against the War organization. He was a Marine Corporal. So he joins the military and then he criticizes these students for advocating violence?

OOOOOKKKKAAAAYYYY

These students are not violent. One of them said they would use force. They are not rioting. I'm actually pretty proud of them.

Good job, kids.

How is it that LaRoushe and Adam Kokesh both agree on who to vote for??? Where's the logic there?

very funny. Considering the Republicans HATE labor because they vote for democrats 90+% of the time - you must think all Teamsters, or other unions for that matter, are TINOs.

No, we're not morons. We stay clear of them.

It's called unionbuster avoidance.
