Can someone provide a contact to me on this blog for a union contact. I work at Frito Lay in Grand Rapids, MI (PepsiCo). We have put up with our Zone Sales Leader and his force outs, broken promises, and the overall direction he and the Zone Business Manager has taken us. We have documented commiments they both have made, policies he has created without reaching out to Districts (our bosses) and asking for our opinion. If we ever do get a chance to offer it, it glazes over and checks out. Our round tables are anything but that, but a boss download to us. We work a lot of hours for good pay, but the respect and care for our well being by the Zone leaders has not been here for a few years.
We have direct bosses to, district sales leaders, or dsl. They are OK, over worked like us too, but have little power vs the Zone. We just lost our best dsl recently, probably due to him trying to make this a better place, and no one else caring that much.
Appreciate any suggestions to help us find a voice versus management at Frito.
