Here is the president of MNPISS just a few weeks ago as a proud Gegare-Sheard supporter. Now he is raiding Teamsters Locals and bad mouthing the Teamster business agents and officers. People close to this group report the convention and the delegate election was all a sham. They only wanted information from Local 320 so they could start their own union and make money, if they hurt the Teamsters Union all the better.

What a trator! What a loser! What a shame the members in his bargaining group are being led by such a greedy bafoon!

After getting a free trip to the convention he promptly quit as steward and went to fairshare status as he worked to bilk the Teamsters members he once represented out of their money ruining their future.


These fools ran on lies and intimidation to get a free trip to Vegas and they continue to run at the mouth about how terrible the Teamsters union is. Funny when he had a few drinks in Vegas he was happy to have a TEAMSTER contract.

They continue thier smear campaign with multiple websites posting lies trying to sway Teamster members to their side. All the people they are raiding had Mike Golan and tom Perkins as their business agents! The business agents they say didn’t return phone calls and never brought grievances through the grievance procedure. The jack-asses they are complaining about are the very ones taking them over the cliff. Good luck Laszlo, good luck Deal. Your groups will be back with Teamsters in three years. YOU will not.

Over 100 web blogs posted by MNPEA attempting to discredit the Teamsters and Local 320. Don't these guys have anything better to do? They have members to disappoint now but they don't have the energy to work for them because their hate is bigger than the members of their union. What a joke.

"They" aren't required by any bylaw to "give" LM2's to members. Your local reports every expenditure at your general business meetings. A copy of the most recent LM2 is at your local union office for review by any member upon request. Any idiot can find all LM2's on the DOL website, you don't need any pull to get LM2's only a little brain, which seems too high a hurdle for you to overcome. Maybe if you would have listened to your local officers you'd still be working. Blaming everyone else for incompetence is really weak. When you really want to find out your biggest problem...look in the mirror.

inthegame is correct, The Local is not required to give you a copy of the LM2 but you can find it on the Department of Labor website easy enough. I was able to pull it up in a few seconds. inthegame is also correct when he says expenditures are given (or should be) at your general membership meetings.

Like it would matter anyway! Some people never believe the numbers instead, they want to put faith in conspiracy theories. No matter how transparent the Local is, someone still believes there is something hidden because they can’t find any dirt. It doesn't stop people from making 100's of websites bashing everyone in the Local trying to make the lies true by sheer volume of B.S. spewed. A lie told at great volume is still a lie!

DR...Right on the money. It never ceases to amaze me how willing people are to believe anything a stranger tells them and doubt everything said by people they've known for years.

Dave Deal and Mike Golem continue their attack on Minnesota Teamsters Local 320 with over 150 web sites and that number rises everyday. They have ruined labor relations across the state!

Golem says he welcomes debate in a public form, well why haven't you posted here? The answer is because you can not control the content of the comments and know your lies will be exposed. Besides you aren't capable of debate with all that geef you smoke.

Teamsters 320 will retain their core groups and will be around a lot longer than my own Local. Get off the computer you dumbasses and get those lavish contract you promised people. I can't wait to see what Frank Madden is going to do to you in Washington County when you tel him the contract belongs to you.

Yet another lie by MNPEA is exposed! After a long time member told the truth about Mike Golem and his inactions as a Teamster Business Agent, Dave Deal and Mike Golem threatened to post embassing information about him on their 150 plus blogs and web sites. They also said Local 320 and more specifically BA Vance Rolfzen didn’t have permission to use his name and made it sound like the quote was made up. Well the member posted his own rebuttal to MNPEA’s lies. Here it is…

"There is a site out there, that I will not be linking, which claims that I did not give my permission for my quote to be used. This is completely and utterly false. Vance Rolfzen, the Local 320 BA, made it perfectly clear that he needed and was asking my permission to be quoted. He also gave me the opportunity to edit or amend said quote before posting. He also informed me of the context in which my quote would be used. I stand by my opinion."

This online slander has gotten out of control and MNPEA even attacks members who tell the truth and stand up for their rights. MNPEA has now started blaming the Teamsters and other labor unions for thier failure to negotiate good contracts for the members they seduced into leaving the Teamsters with lies and promises they know they will never deliver on. With the upcoming court actions filed how will MNPEA ever have time or money to do anything?

Clearly the time spent on the internet has done nothing but show who is the disturbed party and who is working for the members. GOOD BYE Mike Golem and MNPEA!
