TeamsterNet is giving away an IPad 2 to one randomly selected eligible user on November 15, 2011.

The Prize

An all new Apple IPad 2. We are giving away one (1) black or white 16GB WiFi only IPad 2. To learn more about the IPad 2 visit Apples IPad 2 page.

Giveaway Instructions, Terms, and Eligibility:

You Must:

• Have replied to this topic saying something like, "Hook me up" or "Give me the fricken IPad"!
  
• Live in the US or Canada.
  
• Be 18 years of age.
  
• Be a registered member of TeamsterNet.
  
• Be an active, retired or on withdrawal Teamster.
  
• Have submitted 15 posts in 3 different forums that contain original content either relating topic or a new topic relating to the category it is submitted in by November 12, 2011.
  
• Have a profile picture.

Rules:

• Moderators are not eligible. (That sucks, Sorry guys!)
  
• If you are a complete a-hole in your everyday posts by swearing, hijacking topics or generally ignoring the rules and human decency we reserve the right to put to a vote of your co-users.
  
• One (1) entry per person. If you enter more than once using multiple screen names I will catch you and all associated accounts will be flagged and suspended or worse! Feel free to reply more than once but it better be the same screen name.

Again, you enter by replying to this thread!

The winner will be randomly selected from the people who meet the above criteria. Once the winner has been selected it will be announced on the website and the winner will be notified by email to the address associated with the users account. If you do not respond within one (1) week we will give it to someone else.

The burden of proof of membership and corresponding identity is on you. I am thinking of a copy of a dues receipt and a drivers license with a phone call to your Local Union but we can cross that bridge when we get there.

Pain? If paying Union dues to the Teamsters is a pain than dont let the door knob hit ya on the way out! Many people before us gave their lives so we can earn a decent wage and provide for our families and paying dues to maintain that should not be looked at as being a pain. I consider it a blessing that I have what I have and I enjoy paying my dues. I was off on an injury for over a year and a half and I sitll payed my dues, no withdrawl card here, my dues goes to helping others and not just myself.
