1965 Honda scrambler, which belonged, to one of my best friends. Rick was killed, by a drunk driver, on his way to get gasoline for another cycle. The scrambler, has been bored .075, probably now 312 cc's, has a racing cam, and, ported head.

If you can believe, before rebuilding, the 305cc mill, it had a completely dead cylinder, with a bad, piston, and still ran!

This vintage, racer, should be at the October Fest, at Tattoo Willie's, on Thursday 10-13, said to be, the best show in town! My friend, Dan Baker will also have an entry, a custom chopper...if you're in the area, come by, and help us celebrate!

My buddy, Dan Baker, sent me this picture of April, mounting my 1965 Honda Scrambler. This was also from the bike show @ Willie's 10-13-11 October Fest.

waterbottle...still hard to believe! The scrambler belonged to my best friend, unofficial leader of Reck's Reckless Riders. (a club we had, that put on exhibition races at St the Augustine Speedway). Rick was killed, back in the 60's by a drunk driver. The bike was in his brothers garage for decades. It was protected by junk, stacked on top of it, plus the garage had AC, If you want to know, how it was possible to still run on a very bad cylinder, call Dan Baker @ (904) 672-6911. We'll be back at Willies' for bike show, Bike Week! Hope to see you there.

Remember; Brothers and Sisters going to Bike Week next month. The Bike Show at Willes' will be on the 15th. It will be in front of Tropical Tattoos, US 1, Ormand Bch. (across from Publix market). Good food, band, cheap beer, pretty ladies! All proceeds for local charities, (homeless Vets). Look for my vintage racer..probably I'll be wearing a black, Teamsters' hat, unless it get lost on the trip down.
