Industrial democracy? It is what we call Mitbestimmung-- I have worked with many companies in Europe that operate under Mitbestimmung but union leadership in this country are not yet ready for this model--It would require way to much cooperation with management for the good of the corporation--So unfortunately we have to work with the system we have farley--In fact the Japanese brought a form of this model with great fan fare to this country called "teamworking"--

Those companies who operate Mitbestimmung think the NRLB have lost their mind over the latest ruling--Boeing has no problem moving a facility to Mexico but can't move to South Carolina--put on your big boy pants Farley and lets have an adult conversation about how to have Industrial democracy--
