Jim Anderson and the Hourly Workers Unite Slate has been inept and dishonest in this campaign. They had put Jesse Stewart on their slate website. Inept because they didn't check to see if he was eligible first. Dishonest because they denied the facts and then said he was off for personal reasons. James Brown IS NOT a lawyer and did not represent Zuckerman's son in the service. He did not attend the the schools he claims and has never passed the BAR exam. This is another misrepresentation. The HWUS has also claimed that the Grim Reapers were there to prevent them from getting nominated. Tony B post 3256 finally admits that there were no Grim Reapers, it is now a few drunk guys hitting their fists and kicking chairs. Kudos to Tony for finally getting closer to the truth. This Grim Reaper Story was put out as propaganda to get sympathy and support for their campaign. Dan Raisor was busted for trafficing drugs. Jim Anderson and the rest of the slate chose to sit on this information in the hopes it would not come out. When it did come out, the first thing they did was deny. See Dan Raisor post 3380. The second thing they did was make up a story that this was an old charge and therefore meant nothing. When it became known that this happened on 12-1-11, they finally had to reluctantly admit there was a problem. They have admitted to 1 charge, but there are actually 3 charges. Now they are trying to spin this. Now they are asking for support for a member in trouble and asking you to remember that he is innocent until proven guilty. This the sympathy game again. Problem is, that Dan admitted to the police, that he was selling drugs. The slate is telling everyone that if Dan is found guilty, Dan committed to stepping down. Dan Raisor did this. He then lied about this. Now the slate is asking people to believe that if he is found guilty , that he will, willingly step down. O.K. The other spin is that another member of HWUS has been telling people that he has received anonymous calls saying,"he is next". This sounds ominous, but is just another spin to get sympathy. It opens another questions. Is another member of HWUS a drug dealer too, or a user? Was the union hall going to be used as a center for dealing drugs? Meanwhile, Larry Despain has been busy defending his 3 month old Steward ship. He has gone to UPS management and reported on another hourly for passing a Steward petition around while on the clock. He does not want anyone challenging his position, so he has tried to get a Union brother fired. I suppose that this Larry's version of a fair and honest election?
Everything in this post is factual and can be backed up.

Jim Anderson and Tony Blair picked an admitted DRUG DEALER(Dan Raisor) to run on their yellow cartel slate.

Hey brothers , just as couple comments while driving home and pouting about my Bengals. While campaigning just now R.D tracked me down and said his phone is the only way he can get on tnet and he said Titan is 100% right about his situation. He asked how he could sign anything that says the agents said to drop it and Jim alone pushed it and he is soo thankful to him. R.D is really upset how the agents tried to take the credit when in fact the agents said to drop it, it was ALL Jim. Once again you are a liar Don Cummings. Next thought, are you'll really saying the severance was voted on by the membership because the membership voted for the eboard and the eboard voted on the severance? That is the stupidest rationalization I've ever head in my life. That would be like if Obama signed an executive order giving everyone in Congress a $5 milllion Christmas bonus then saying o its ok because the American people voted for it by voting for Obama. I'm sure the American people wouldn't go along with something that idiotic just like the membership of local 89 wouldn't vote for a severance for agents etc who have jobs to go back to. I have Jims word on that one that he'll get rid of that in his first month, quit insulting the member's intelligence, they didn't vote on that. Is it funded like everywhere else, or is it coming straight out of our general fund? Thats a legitimate question, I'm really asking for an answer. Last little thing, has Zuckerman been out campaigning or does he just send you'll? My main thing was I never saw him at UPS in his 12 yrs as president and he didn't even know when the 8 high seniority brothers were fired last yr over the hidden camera. Don't say he has soo many companies bla bla bla, he brought half the hall down to confront an hourly because an anonymous person said he said something about Freds son. There's not a lot going on at 3am, even if he thinks he's the front runner, what's it hurt to come talk to the membership who pays him soo well. That's my friendly advice for today. You really can't argue that Jims a more caring, down to earth person. I actually watched Jim spend a whole handout at a company helping a guy who was fired with no grievances on the table, no panel scheduled and no chance of voting in this election. Jim quit everything and had a conversation with this man giving him all the help and advice that he could. He used a vacation day and could of very easily brushed him off but hes just a genuinely great person and if anyone disputes that they are bold face liars. FN Bengals. Look Don I can copy and paste on your other forums too.

People depend on the hall. If if you were fired, would you TRUST the hourly workers unite slate with your job?
Would you trust your job to the yellow cartel slate that is openly trying to get another union member FIRED?
Remember this, when you cast your vote.

If Jim Anderson is such a caring person, that dreams of being the president of local 89, how come he has NEVER been to visit the IMI workers that are on strike. Not one time. Is it because they do not have the number of voters as Jim's cornhole buddies do?
You are a fn liar and once again your just spouting off bad information. I'm not even one of Jim's close friends and I've been on the phone with him a couple of times when he was with them. wanting me to meet him. I'm sure Jim can prove this so when I give you proof will you admit he's a great guy. He didn't advertise this, and didn't want them used as a campaign bullet but I'm personally glad you spouted it off as fact. I'm soo sick of you idiots typing anything at all with no basis, Jims the easiest guy in the world to defend, he's everything we need in a president, where you have to fight for a self serving unpersonable...fill in the blank, he's no Jim and you know this.

Jim Anderson would rather work in CHSP than be a Steward. He has lied about grievance settlements.
Loretta Devasier stepped down as a steward because of a UNANIMOUS petition to remove her.
James Brown has been terminated for sexual harassment and dishonesty.
Dan Raisor is in trouble with the law for trafficking drugs and is rolling on everyone at UPS in hopes of a plea bargain.
Larry Despain has tried to get a brother teamster fired for passing around a petition calling for a stewards election against him.
Tony Blair refused to be a steward because he is scared of UPS getting mad and firing him.
Bob Shine takes all his vacation at the beginning of the year and then vacations on FMLA time.
The hourly slate is trying o get Don Cummings

This group claims to care about the membership. Do their histories prove it? Would you trust this group with your next contract? Your job?

Fred is a great you say. Is that why he used union dues to pay for PM DUI. I think it cost about 5000.00 of our money.
Also what about the restraining order the secretary had to take out on Fred. I think it was the same one he blamed for the jeffboat screw up. Before he could get rid of her she shacks up with johnny and she takes him for a town home that he put in her name. Who else passed her around. How about Bramble having an affair with PV so is that how you become a delegate. Sleep with an agent. Word is KE loves COKE a cola. Looks like he just got taken to the cleaners again. His ex talks a lot. What about the girl, the hall put in central states. She's not even a member but has medical bill paid in range of 400,000.00. What else do you have in the closets besides tubs of beer after union meetings. They turn the whole place into a bar with our dues money. This is where the few supporters go. They feel real good being asked to go upstairs. This is where buddy deals are made. It's time to sweep the dirt out.

OK stupid I guess it is time to put up or shut the f*ck up. You are accusing them of stealing which if true would be illegal. However you know the severance has been in effect and voted on by the members for 50 years as part of the employment package. I won't give you all the reasons why it is there because you are too stupid to understand. So, here is the challenge. If you feel it is stealing and illegal call the Department of Labor at the Cincinnati office on Monday and report it. Then get back on here and tell us who you reported it to. If not, and you want to keep lying about it, just shut the f*ck up. You guys are a F*cking embarrassment to the Teamsters with all the lies you have told and the candidates you have chosen. Local 89 has no use for drug dealers and assholes who lie about their qualifications and being f*cking lawyers. Saturday night you will lose big and the members will always remember you fools as liars. See you all on Friday, that is except for Dan Raisor who will be in court getting arraigned on felony drug trafficking charges.
Now you are suggesting Vinnie is stealing money. Same challenge to you as*hole. Theft of union monies is a crime. Call the department of labor tomorrow morning and report it and let us know you did it. If not shut your lying ass up. You are an embarrassment to the Teamsters and remember this. If you falsely accuse someone of a crime you can be sued for defamation. Ask your attorney buddy James Brown that. Maybe that's not a good idea because he lied about being an attorney. Go ask a real attorney and don't think you can hide behind some stupid screen name. I hope Zuckerman and Vinnie sue your ass off. Have a nice day as*hole.
VOTE ZUCKERMAN / BOLTON

Did any of you as*holes call the Department of Labor today and report this or are you just full of sh-*t? My guess is you are full of sh-*t!

If Raisor contributed to Anderson's campaign, wouldn't that mean that Anderson's campaign was partially funded by drug money? Is this legal? If this happened, shouldn't it be reported to the labor department?

How much drug money did Raisor contribute to Anderson's campaign?
