I just hope it's someone that is smart enough to locate the caps lock key and figure out how it works. Is that why they call you the Dumbass Farm Boy? Hell, I will answer one of these questions for you if it will get you to stop posting IN ALL CAPS!

No one in their right mind would take over a Local and get rid of every BA in the place, especially in a large, multi-employer Local. You keep the ones that are doing their job, and get rid of those that aren't. If there are BAs not doing their jobs, the leadership is to blame. The IBT also has training and assistance for new Officers and BAs, which they would likely be more than happy to give to new officers in Local 89, since Hoffa and crew don't appear to be too fond of the current group in office.

As for BAs not wanting to keep the job...yeah right...they would rather be unemployed or go back to jobs that likely pay (much) less and require manual labor, punching a clock, no paid-for car, gas, expenses etc. There now, please STOP POSTING IN ALL CAPS.

BTW I don't have a horse in this race and want to hear about issues in our Union, but the caps thing is getting old...
