Please feel free to read my deposition in the Randy Olson Federal Lawsuit. Click on depositions then click on Charles Engel. The Internet presence of this lawsuit led to the lunches and breaks lawsuit that U.P.S. lost a few years back here in California. That lawsuit benefited 20,000 U.P.S. drivers while costing U.P.S. $87 million. It is my understanding that this lawsuit cost U.P.S. an additional $1 million dollars a day, in California alone, because they had to change the way they do business. Additional states, with laws similar to California's, were eventually involved. I provided the initiating law firm with documents and witnesses, including a key class representative.
