You read about the San Francisco area and North California being called the gay bay and being known as the gay capital of the country, yet in our great Union there is no doubt that our leaders here are strongly heterosexual, as evidenced by the number of man on woman sexual harassment claims and lawsuits. Could it be that the North California Teamster men are bisexual? Jim, Dale, Lucio and any others we don't know about yet in North California, what is it? Feel free to move this to smack talk but since related posts are in Teamster Talk I posted here.

Jim, Dale, and Lucio are a bunch of womanizers with zero leadership skills!! Looks like Local 601 is going to get a new Secretary Treasurer and I hope we at Local 150 get one too. We need someone to step up and take us in the right direction.

Your post speaks volumes. You're dumb enough to think everyone in the Bay Area is gay! Ever been to West Hollywood? Southern California isn't exactly a hotbed of union activity. One thing is for sure, we make a lot more money up here and we have our IBT leaders to thank for our wages and benefits. Attack them if you wish to do so, but the fact remains we're a much more powerful union up here in Nor Cal. How much do ready mix workers make in So. Cal? How about the waste industry personnel? Garbage and recycling employees in SF make $100,000+ annually. Ready Mix members in the Bay Area earn the best wages in the industry outside of NY City.

Put your money where your mouth is...or continue to make gay jokes about the Bay Area while we laugh all the way to the bank!

I think you might be on to something. I pay 100 a month to Local 85- no work. Can't work in Morale's Local (because he flipped my Samoan Brothers into the FBI "accidentally" years ago). Can't work in 315-- my friggin' hometown. Can't work in 70 because Bob Bell is best friends with Lou "the Emezzler" Marini. Jack Bookter Principal Officer of Local 2785 asked me last week when he was in Hawaii, over the phone: "If Lou Marini is so innocent why did he run from 85 and 2785 and take his withdrawal from Local 70?" (the very Local he burned when he defrauded and embezzled from the JC 7 Truck School, the IBT and Local 85). When he stabbed Brother Chuck Mack in the back.

Oh.then there's the DOL OLMS invetigation. The continuing IRB investigation (they are coming back again in a few weeks, round two!) the DOL OIG Labor Racketeering Office in SF's investigation, and the FBI investigation (which has been going on for years) ALL BEHIND Local 85. William "Bill" Cromartie who perjured himself on the witness stand, and made false statements to the SF Police, and told my Bother Paul "I'll kill you, you brown peice of shit" (Paul is Samoan) is still disptaching from the Hiring Hall phone system. Even after the $ 150,000 dollar lawsuit he just perjured himself in (where a couple jurors LAUGHED at him whe he contradicted everything he said one day ON THE VERY NEXT DAY. Both General Counsel Brad Raymond and IBT Chief Investigator Tom Schatz, know I could sue the shit out of the Local AND WIN. Lucio won't let me work. No one wants me in their friggin' Local. And I just want to work, and have been out of work continuously since 2007.

I have a Class A license, can outwork most of our Brothers and Sisters, can work the dock at YRWC, or do a three stage at a Trade Show on a lift, or ship or recieve. I have over 20 years experience.

So why can't I work? Moping a friggin' floor, or WHATEVER? Why won't any Local in No. Cal. allow me in it, (except Brother Sam Rosas, Brother Ralph Miranda, and Brother Rome Aloise who will)???? Please TELL ME, why?

Maybe they are a bunch of pussies and sissy, bitch motherfucking cowards!

Next time you talk to one of the North and Central CA Teamster Officials, maybe you SHOULD ask them if they are punk, sissy, coward worthless, overpaid faggots-- because, depending on who you talk to, there is a REALLY GOOD CHANCE that they ARE!

Fuck 'em all! And I HOPE AND PRAY they don't like it!

Yeah, I know Brother, All roads lead to Rome. Except that motherfucker that goes to Spart
a: http://en.wikipedia....ph_of_Simonides

There's an old Sicilian proverb: "Beware of Napoli, But the Real Serpent comes from Roma!",

When a bunch of old school Teamsters across the U.S. agree on one single thing, it's usually true.

You know what my problem is? My Father told me days before he died. He said "Mark, your fuckin' problem is that you have too good of a heart". Fathers generally know what's best for their Son's.

I have alot of hope, and I take a Man for his word. I really love the Union, and I love our Brothers and Sisters. I was an only child. My Grandfathers favorite nephew, but all my cousins were way older back then growing up. I caught the brunt end of EVERYTHING, and used to get set up at least twice a week. If that man whose "word" you are depending on is the guy who tried to unseat the Great General President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters by doing an "Et tu, Brutus" number, then he turned on Gegare, Zuckerman, Slawson, Ryder and Brother Henry Perry (and left them all on a limb) you are either one stupid mfer, or a hopeless optimist, maybe both! If he's screwed the Members of Local 85 around when he called it a "cesspool" in an e-mail that was admitted into evidence before the IRB, and now that the IRB is coming back and two of us have gotten our notification via Next Day Air of when we must appear-- I hope that the Wetsern VP who was sworn in next to Brad Slawson Sr. (at the same time) is happy.

Gee, thanks for everything, Western VP! I can have one Member present to help me defend myself. Last time I asked the Western VP, before he was a VP, he had other plans that day. I wonder what he'll say this time. Boy what a XMAS present, huh?

I sure miss the incomparable Brother Chuck Mack!

I've tried to talk to this other cat for 5 years now, but he will never listen to me. Except when he gets me ANOTHER appearrance before the IRB. Then all of the sudden, he's ALL EARS. Strange cat. His Father ran the Teamsters in Martinez, but this cat ain't his Father and NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER will be!

Just keepin' it real, Brother! Hope all is well with you! Happy Holidays! You know SANTA is a Teamster! I saw him in the JC 42 Truck with Brother Rick Middleton and Brother Randy Cammack. I wonder what they are going to do with that piece of shit 2010 KadellaWhopper that JC 7 just bought. I hope it doesn't get wrapped in green! It would be a shame to have to get it redone this month already, before it's finished. I hope it doesn't make a wrong turn somewhere and end up on The Road To Sparta!

Reading your posts I feel so ashamed of our union. I can tell your Father was right. You let your heart lead you around to a fault. After all you have done I would hope that everything would be made fair and square after you bring it to the right peoples attention. But no, it appears that you get it shoved right to you.

Mark I am not surprised though. I and others have dealt with these same type of pricks for many years. They change their coats and colors but never their hearts...black as can be. I can't tell you how glad I am that I dont face the ratrace anymore. Honestly I should probably just go away but someone needs to speak up, especially at 848 and the decades of bullshit that went on there.

I had hoped Rome would be different. Could have done alot of good but instead doing what he did he shoved it to the long screwed over members. If I were you I would give it a rest with this guy. He doesn't deserve it. His suckies here are very disgusting too. Check this scabby statement his boy No Cal Teamster just made:

"How much do ready mix workers make in So. Cal? How about the waste industry personnel? Garbage and recycling employees in SF make $100,000+ annually. Ready Mix members in the Bay Area earn the best wages in the industry outside of NY City. Put your money where your mouth is...or continue to make gay jokes about the Bay Area while we laugh all the way to the bank!"

If Rome thinks like this guy-maybe it's him anonymously-then that's all anyone needs to know. Hooray for me and screw you. What a Teamster brother. Maybe he would think it's funny that you can't get any work?

Does Rome have you hypnotized on a regular basis? Are you REALLY Rome? Does Rome laugh at Teamster brothers making less than his guys too? What a loser he is if he does. One things for sure his addled-brained dicklickers laugh at their Teamster brothers. Very scabby behavior, but I guess if the shoe fits wear it. Another thing for sure is all the weirdos running locals in the gay bay area. Real Team just pointed out some more losers. What a crew! Gotta love all thjose lawsuits. Does it make you happy to know they are not gay? Do us a favor and keep them all up there, and keep Rome up there too. He sure didn't show us anything while he was here acting like the hero.

Oh, and tell Rome about the Hollywood Local with thousands of 6 figure earners, along with many other 6 figure Teamster jobs in South California. These jobs here weren't nurtured by North California Teamster officials massaging sleazy city councilmen etc for public works contracts that bilk the citizens, however we all down south are very happy for our north Brothers and Sisters who benefit from these jobs. Don't know anything about ready mix. What do you guys have in the gay bay about 75 drivers? Wow! Again, just one favor please keep Rome up there and away from South California. We had enough of him from one visit!

Yes, I am great to work with. Thank you. There were some problems at 85 because some IDIOT made the untrue claim that "the world's largest motorcycle gang wants to speak to you". It caused some tension for awhile. After I got in a trailer next to one of the Brothers from 85 he said "Mark, I'll unload AV with you anytime". Quite the compiment. BTW, AV is the heavy dangerous stuff that has to be unloaded by hand, the kinda work nobody but "joys" like me are willing to do for $30.00 an hour!

I'll be the "czar of the Internet". One thing I will NEVER EVER be: A balless coward like you, afraid to sign his name!

Face it dude, you are the idiot. Just shows how ready you are to turn on anybody at the drop of a dime. You are a Local Union's nightmare because you have no agenda except yourself. Why don't you leave Rome alone so he can do his job? You add nothing of value to him or our movement. You wonder why you can't find work? Just look at your behavior on this board. I help members of my Local find work all the time, if I trust them to work hard and make the Teamsters proud. I wouldn't lift a finger for a guy like you because you will certainly embarrass the Union and make it impossible for the next guy that I recommend get a job with a given employer. Just go away, blowhard...

Funny using the word blowhard in a topic about North California. As the worldwide perception of males in North California as being predominately gay, our bigmen leaders are probably just doing their best by messing up women to dispel the perception as a myth? Real mens men, but why call Lucio Lucy? Is it because he's from North California? Any update on Tobin? Doesn't this get expensive?
