LOCAL 315 HELP ASAP PLEASE

Never thought i would be writing something like this
i guess with times changing and companies getting as much out from the workers to make share holders money
our local 315 is not stepping up to that plate protecting us
i have call joint consul 7 pretty got nothing
Does any one know where i can call about our local up in Washington
i can write a list of thing our BA is not doing
our biggest thing right now not show up to our Grievance meetings and not calling our shop stewart this has been going on for 3 months now
and the company is writing letters like their writing a book
i work for waste management
our local is 315 our BA is Mario

It seems from the tone of your post while you may be involved in some extent at Local 315, you are not involved in our great, glorious, grand Union, comprised of 1.4 million Members, representing everything from airline pilots to zoo keepers. That's sad. Because there is a vast wealth of Teamster knowledge, and Teamsters are, for the most part, some of the most hardworking, terrific people in the world.
Brother Bob Morales who heads the IBT Solid Waste Division, has a Local in our JC. It's always better to reach out to someone at the Local level.

regarding talking to Mario we have many times this problem has been going on for years
thanks for the input would like to hear more even if you have the same problem in your barn

Or are you another solid Teamster who doesn't vote, throws all IBT related materials away, wouldn't know a Officer on the JC 7 E-Board if you were standing next to him at the boat in Martinez that Joe DiMaggio left the City he was born in (the one the Yankees gave him when he retired at Yankee Stadium)... I don't know. That's why I'm asking.
Why don't you go talk to Dale? Or is he too busy settling sexual harassment lawsuits against the Local (like Santangelo) or flying Miss Vicki around on the 315 dime?
