I also heard a rumor that, since our last organizer quit because he was afraid that he was going to do bodily harm to Penis, and since Wayne is slated (according to John at the last membership meeting) to be our next organizer, Wayne was actually ATTEMPTING TO ORGANIZE THE STRIPPERS!

Newest word on the street is that Penis is appointing Wayne Dah as organizer and Robert (RED) Carr ass business agent in construction. We all know Carr has had a Union car to drive for the last two years as repayment for his support in the last election. Now Carr was laid off at CEMEX so Penis gives him a job as Business Agent to make the car thing right and pay him back for his support. Carr has never worked in construction and is oblivious to what it is all about. We are in the fight of our lives in this industry and Penis assigns it to an idiot. What will Dah organize dancers at the titty bars? That will help us all. Time for the International to get off their dead asses and do their jobs.

I must agree with you the International nor the Joint Council are going to do anything about the problems at Local 631. An International Rep was sent in to investigate the problems and he did. He brought charges forth in a hearing and the International has done nothing. Hardison brought charges against John Philipenas and they have not been answered. This has been nothing more than a dog and pony show. I have always backed the Joint Council and the International. I have always treated them with the respect that the offices deserve. I have been loyal to a fault to Hoffa and his officers as well as Joint council. I have campaigned vigorously for them in all their elections. But I wont be this time. I am tiered of the shit slapping I have received from them and their actionless conduct regarding the retaliation going on in this Local This Local will continue to self destruct with the worst representation these members have had in many years. The only thing that will happen to this administration is their defeat in the next election if there is a Local left.

And it all started with you Wayne you Fat Fuckin' Shitbag, you fucked up the training center when you through those fine teamsters that were running it to dogs by sending them to another local,shall i go on? Masshole you surely show your ignorance with a post like this. To start with if you knew anything you were talking about you would know why the Instructors were moved from 631 to 995. As the Principal Officer and Chairman of the training trusts you cannot represent the same members you manage. That is a definite conflict of interest. Secondly the training center for conventions needed cleaned out of the trash that was running it and I did that. I would also say that anyone that thinks John Perry the same John Perry that was running around with Rebecca Smith the Union Buster is anything but crap is sadly mistaken. It was a great day when John Perry was removed from office he sure as hell did nothing for the convention industry. Being as you don't have a clue about what is going on in Local 631 or has gone on in Local 831 you should keep your mouth shut you only show your ignorance. Have a great day.

When King took over the Local the training center had a director that was in bed literally with Perry. She had instructors that were on drugs. She was abusing the Membership and the students (apprentices). The records were a joke and the apprenticeship program was in jeopardy. King straightened out the mess and rid of Rebbecca Smith and her drugy instructors. Where the hell does Masshole get his information from, he dam sure doesn't know the real story. Sometimes it is better to say nothing than to stick your foot in your mouth.

Answer to your question after I cleaned out the trash including none other than you, the trustees hired Crystal as Director who started out as a Teamster at UPS when she was 16 years old, she then worked for the Local in the office and several other jobs including working as the administrative assistant under Troy at the training center. Then there is Woody who is a 35 year Teamster Member of Local 631. Yes they now work in a management capacity at the training centers. Read the law you can not manage the workforce and be a part of the bargaining unit. If you were half as intelligent as you thought you were you would know that.
4. I cant give Ozzie back something that never belonged to him to start with so the backhoe stays where it is.
5. You need to get your facts straight about the IBT and Joint Council decision. No of course I don't agree with them and neither did 3 different judges in the justice court in Nevada when they ruled that the 2 days pay was proper. However joint council and the IBT have ruled and we will abide by their ruling because we are Teamsters. however you are not. As far as the five year suspension goes there is no five year suspension get it right and I was not found guilty of vandalizing the Local nor did I or any member of my staff vandalize the Local ask Kevin Hardison he will tell you the truth now. By the way Tommy has not promissed me anything have another dream.
6. Santangelo and I have never been buddies get it right we did however work together in our respective capacities.

As far as my family goes we all have our cross to bear but to say I have been thrown out of my fathers house or the family ranch is bullshit I was at the ranch weeks ago and will be going back soon. I chose to buy my own place rather than rent from my familly if it matters at all. 9. As far as the IBT investigator being at my house for a barbecue that is flat out bullshit. Never happened ask him.
10. There is no police report at the Nye County Sheriff's office regarding me about anything they don't even know who I am that is just more of Ozzie's dreams I am sure the dementia has take place there.
11. I joined the Teamsters in 1976 when did you join was it before or after you crossed the picket line scab. I did leave and open a truck repair business not a parts house for big rigs that I ran for 10 years and I am not ashamed of that at all.
12. As far as the construction contract it has been evolving for 50 years in Las Vegas. There has been no change in ownership of Southern Nevada paving since I negotiated the last contract. The company never tried to move their trucks to the a sand and gravel agreement under my watch they waited for a weak administration to try and do it. That is still in court and we have testified for the Local in that case. If you knew what you were talking about you would know that successor language would not have any effect on what is going on and is unenforceable.

In short all the crap in your post is pure bullshit and you are out of the job you thought you were entitled to so get a life and continue in your new career as a Union Buster, Oh that is not new you were already experienced as a union buster crossing picket lines and all. Or maybe you want to go back to work at the chicken ranch.

Where was I? Oh, Yeah... Anyhow, I read that post from that guy Masshole where he said that "the best thing that Wayne had ever done is get sick", or something to that affect, and that his illness (which I'm sure Wayne 'WISHED' UPON HIMSELF -- DIDN'T WAYNE ALMOST DIE?) is responsible for the TDU taking over our local.

That sort of low-life, rat comment would be silly if it weren't such a LOW BLOW. Only a guy dumb enough to be under investigation by the IRB would say something like that... What a jack-off...

I remember about 3 months into the new administration here at 631, when Hardison reported that the FORENSIC AUDITOR had completed his audit of the Local's books prior to Wayne leaving office. I don't know if you recall, but I asked him if the FORENSIC AUDITOR had found any "MALFEASANCE". they said NO, BUT THEY WERE GOING TO STILL PURSUE IT. The FORENSIC AUDITOR said that it was "usual and customary" for a company or other organization to pay it's employees through the end of the week prior to being succeeded by a new administration. And, since Wayne was acquitted in local civil court. I guess that the Judge thought the same thing... HMMMM? I'm going to go out on a limb here... MAYBE IT WASN'T WRONG?

(For those of you that don't know, a FORENSIC AUDITOR is the kind of auditor that works for the IRS, IRB, FBI and other 'alphabet' organizations, that crawls up your a$S sideways and comes out the other side with a smile...)

ANYHOW, I could go on ALL NIGHT like this, ESPECIALLY WHEN I GET ON A ROLL, but I just HAVE TO FIND OUT WHO THAT SCAB, UNION-BUSTING WHORE IS THAT USED TO WORK AT THE TRAINING CENTER & THE CHICKEN RANCH... I always think of her when I see that Julia Roberts movie playing on TV (you know, "Sleeping With The Enemy"?). Anyhow, Crystal is WAY BETTER THAN THAT SCAB -- I'm sure that I'll remember her name before the end of this post...

Where was I? Oh, Yeah... Anyhow, I read that post from that guy Masshole about how he said that "the best thing that Wayne had ever done is get sick", or something to that affect, and that his illness (which I'm sure Wayne 'WISHED' UPON HIMSELF -- DIDN'T WAYNE ALMOST DIE?) is responsible for the TDU taking over our local.

That sort of low-life, rat comment would be silly if it weren't such a LOW BLOW. Only a guy dumb enough to be under investigation by the IRB would say something like that... What a jack-off...

I remember about 3 months into the new administration here at 631, when Hardison reported that the FORENSIC AUDITOR had completed his audit of the Local's books prior to Wayne leaving office. I don't know if you recall, but I asked him if the FORENSIC AUDITOR had found any "MALFEASANCE". they said NO, BUT THEY WERE GOING TO STILL PURSUE IT. The forensic auditor said that it was "usual and customary" for a company or other organization to pay it's employees through the end of the week prior to being succeeded by a new administration. I guess that the Judge thought the same thing... HMMMM? MAYBE IT WASN'T WRONG?

(For those of you that don't know, a FORENSIC AUDITOR is the kind of auditor that works for the IRS, IRB, and other 'alphabet' organizations, that crawls up your a$S sideways and comes out the other side with a smile...)

ANYHOW, I could go on ALL NIGHT like this, ESPECIALLY WHEN I GET ON A ROLL, but I just HAVE TO FIND OUT WHO THAT SCAB, UNION-BUSTING WHORE WAS THAT USED TO WORK AT THE TRAINING CENTER & CHICKEN RANCH... I have to make a few phone calls; You described her SO WELL, I almost think that I've met her... Talk to you later...

It sure is funny Ozzie wants to get on here through someone else to spout his wisdom or lack there of. I remember when the people at the training center had a contract unlike now. Ozzie is the Steward for those workers and they have worked without a contract for nearly two years. He wants to throw stones but hasn't fulfilled his obligation. Then there is the unwanted sharing of pornographic material with female Members as a Union Steward. Pathetic.
