Absolutely 100% correct! I saw some mixer driver's today and they say they are done. Penis doesn't care he has said on numerous occasions he only needs UPS and Republic to win an election.

Well I have news for you he don't have either. I heard republic ran him off property the teamsters not management and UPS can't stand him either. UPS is way worse ever since he took over the union. Package car drivers are getting fist fucked, routes being taken out, drivers working long hours while other drivers are laid off. Drivers with 21 yrs of senority losing their routes. Grievances have been filed nothing has been done the language is clear "affected areas must be put up for rebid and awarded in senority order". It is a joke at UPS. The members at UPS know they fucked up by electing these guys. We must forgive our brothers and sisters who voted these clowns in and move forward.

If Penis and Hardison did indeed give insider info on insurance being canceled that is fraud. That's an easy one to prove. Start with the officers, agents, office staff and see if their claims went up. Than move to Donny Weeners 30 family members and his army of useless steward's like Terry and Kyle. Went to another 631 Teamster meeting this past weekend and I have new stuff to post. John Feelapenis went thru with his promise and had members file charges against a few of our members who are running against him. The charges are for allegations that are 4 years old! This happened AFTER the original post on this thread!

The members at this past meeting have no faith in the IBT. Most of them are backing the slate running against Hoffa. Someone had a petion there for them. The good news is it looks like there is only going to be one slate running against Feelmypenis.The group decided on approahing one person to head the slate. The next meeting is this Sunday.

And I am sure with the charges being filed there is no interaction by JC 42 or the IBT? Go figure right? The desperation of John and company will become more apparent as the next year goes by. That hall is a big ass mess! Overpaid business agents who spend there day underneath John's desk, interoffice realtionships between office girls and business agents, shop stewards driving vehicles owned by the local for business agents, and all kinds of other crap. There is something that needs to be said about Hoffa and his election. Local 631 is in trouble ans it is huge, we all know that. Hoffa has to walk softly when it comes to intervening into Local Union business. I really believe Hoffa and Cammack need to get off their asses and help the members in this local out. We are literally dying on the vine out here. That being said the Members right or wrong voted for this bunch of idiots and that is who we have to place the blame on. These asshole lied to the Membership at every turn and the Members bought it hook line and sinker. I can only hope when we have the opportunity to vote someone in to office that cares as much as the last administration and works as hard as they did to negotiate contracts like they did that the Membership will appreciate them and back them. For what ever reason this Membership has never stood hard behind anyone since Bill Carter. The Members have always tried to find fault with who ever is in office. Cam you maybe understand why no one wants to listen now. Think back Mclone was a piece of shit in the members eyes as well as Rice, Murphy, Burke, Jacobson, King and now we have a real piece of shit a PENIS and CRACK HEAD.

I just got the news from Southwest Administrators on the changes coming on September 1, 2010 to our health care plan. The trustees including John (PENIS) Philipenas, Kevin (CRACK HEAD) Hardison, Wayne (THE MOUSE) Dey, and The infamous Johnny (BUTT LICK) Gonzalaz have made changes to the plan that are not laid out so the average member will understand right off what all has been done to them. I suggest that everyone of You really go over this information and understand what is there. One thing that jumps out is the fact that this plan is now an 80/20 plan that means that on top of the co-pays that you pay when you go to the hospital to have an operation or what ever you pay your co-pay and 20% of the bill that is a huge change. Then they send us some bullshit that you can get a discount on Eye care if you go to Davis Vision. Look at the prices they are driving our good members to places like Wal-Mart for their glasses it will be cheaper for them. Wal-Mart sucks and we can never be driven there. Then they cut out CVS Pharmacy from the Pharmacy plan and leave Walgreens in guess who owns Walgreens, Wal-Mart does. Now here is a good one you can no longer go to CVS but if you have an illness in the night that is one of the places they are telling you to go for urgent care go figure. Where the hell do they think you are going to get your prescription then. Now you can no longer go to the emergency room or Quick Care without a huge penalty but they don't provide anywhere in the outlying areas for you to go at night and weekends such as Pahrump and Tonopah, and Beatty where a hell of a lot of our Members live. This is just bullshit and more of the same crap of cutting everything they can from the Membership and enhancing themselves. There are many more bad changes for the Members to this plan that I have not touched on read it understand it and compare it to the old plan the prescription portion is horrific. Remember when Penis stood up in a general membership meeting and told us I am taking over this fund and I am going to straighten it out. Boy what a job he has done.

Fred Gegare came to Las Vegas during the last Ready Mix negotiation and tried to pressure our Secretary Treasurer and the Ready Mix business agent into negotiating the pension out of our contract. He even went as far as to tell King to fire Dewy Darr for refusing to go along with it. You also need to remember Fred Gegare has been and still is the Chairman and head trustee of the Central States Teamster Pension Plan and that plan is broke and a lot of the Members there will probably never see their pensions and if they do they will be a very reduces amount. If Fred Gegare couldn't manage that plan how the hell do you think he can manage the International. Brothers and sisters you better hope Hoffa gets re-elected and you better get out and support him or you will have more of the same as you have with Penis. I agree with everything you said. These changes to our health and welfare are terrible and what really bothers me is that neither Penis or crackhead had the decency to come to the members and even ask if they were willing to fund any shortfalls. They campaigned on this crap of empowerment what was that all about. The only empowerment is empowering themselves. Typical TDU right? I also agree with you on the Hoffa election even though I have my issues with Hoffa there is no alternative and he has done a pretty decent job at the International but he does need to take care of the good people of local 631. Not nearly everyone voted for these guys but we are all loosing huge. TDU can also kiss my ass as Keegal would say.

You are calling everyone a lot of names but now you sound like a crackhead. You quote Keegel at the end of your message but fail to acknowledge he is not running with Hoffa either because, like Carey, Hoffa has broke the International Union. Then you fail to mention all the other General Executive Board Members besides Gegare who are leaving and / or are running against Hoffa because Hoffa has destroyed and weakened our union. And you have some nerve saying they should quit if they are going to run against him. They were all elected and nobody can tell them to quit. And in case you don't know, Henry Perry who is running against Hoffa's Slate actually got more votes than Hoffa. I have been to two meetings I think there has been four or five. I was invited by a coworker with the understanding these meetings would remain small for now. About a dozen people are at the meeting with only a couple of them wanting to run for office. Alot of discussion about who to get to run for the top spot. Two names keep coming up. One of the individuls has been contacted and seems to be willing to listen. He is already with a group of people that are running. A ton of information was at the last meeting including the decision given by the joint council regarding the prior regime. It seems John lied to the membership about ALL his charges. He also lied to the membership about the decision at the last members meeting. Months ago he read all these horrific charges claiming the prior regime stole millions of dollars, damaged the local, etc. All his chrges ended up being that Wayne King overpaid the business agents by two days. Also Feelapenis took the business agents to court and the Judge ruled in favor of the business agents. So basically John started his lie's on day one and continued them to this very day. The Health and Welfare was a big topic. Every business agent lied to their craft about the insurance. Republic services was obviously represented at these meetings and made it clear they will not vote for John and Kevin. What amazes me is the crimes committed against the membership and their contract negotiations. How can their be a vote to change hours rules for conventions to be eligable for insurance in the middle of a contract and why didnt anyone do anything about the fact that more votes were cast than people that voted? The business agents were talked about alot also. Apparently test site has been on the fourth business agent in 18 months. The new one is a drunk. The membership is also paying for four business agents in conventions when their is only 1,000 members. One agent is a drug user who has been to rehab several times, the other business agent has his entire family working in his industry, the third business agents brother is in upper management for GES, and lastly the fourth is nothing but a receptionist. The bus business agent was working with a Union busting firm before being hired by John and wasnt even a member of our local and hes now an Officer. The construction business agent is clueless as the day is long and has lost more work and juristiction in one year than weve lost in 65 years combined. The list of info was long. I will go thru my notes and type the rest later. If this group and the other group come together with out a doubt they will win the election. We are meeting again this Saturday so more info is sure to come!

Ask yourself it the court ruled against Penis and said the business agents were paid correctly then how can Joint Council rule that Wayne King over paid them. I heard that was still on appeal to the International. Joint Council evidently made a bad ruling.

I just drove into Las Veags from the Nevada Test Site and just south od Indian Springs Las Vegas Paving Company a Teamster Contractor is doing a re-paveing job on the highway. While my brothers and sisters are out of work and Las Vegas Paving has trucks parked in the yard every scabb rat truck in town including and not limited to DL Denman Construction a rat contractor are working on this job. We all know they are not paying into our failing health and welfare for all these hours.

As this is going on while two of the biggest conventions of the year are in town including the Shoe Show and two of the convention business agents are unavailable On vacation I hear. They sat on their asses all year while we were slow and now when they need to be there where are they. I just got the news from Southwest Administrators on the changes coming on September 1, 2010 to our health care plan. The trustees including John (PENIS) Philipenas, Kevin (CRACK HEAD) Hardison, Wayne (THE MOUSE) Dey, and The infamous Johnny (BUTT LICK) Gonzalaz have made changes to the plan that are not laid out so the average member will understand right off what all has been done to them. I suggest that everyone of You really go over this information and understand what is there. One thing that jumps out is the fact that this plan is now an 80/20 plan that means that on top of the co-pays that you pay when you go to the hospital to have an operation or what ever you pay your co-pay and 20% of the bill that is a huge change. Then they send us some bullshit that you can get a discount on Eye care if you go to Davis Vision. Look at the prices they are driving our good members to places like Wal-Mart for their glasses it will be cheaper for them. Wal-Mart sucks and we can never be driven there. Then they cut out CVS Pharmacy from the Pharmacy plan and leave Walgreens in guess who owns Walgreens, Wal-Mart does. Now here is a good one you can no longer go to CVS but if you have an illness in the night that is one of the places they are telling you to go for urgent care go figure. Where the hell do they think you are going to get your prescription then. Now you can no longer go to the emergency room or Quick Care without a huge penalty but they don't provide anywhere in the outlying areas for you to go at night and weekends such as Pahrump and Tonopah, and Beatty where a hell of a lot of our Members live. This is just bullshit and more of the same crap of cutting everything they can from the Membership and enhancing themselves. There are many more bad changes for the Members to this plan that I have not touched on read it understand it and compare it to the old plan the prescription portion is horrific. Remember when Penis stood up in a general membership meeting and told us I am taking over this fund and I am going to straighten it out. Boy what a job he has done.

I want to say something about Hoffa's election. Remember what happened at Local 631 with the theory that we need a change, we need to get rid of the current administration anybody is better. Watch out what you ask for you might get it. There are probably two tickets that are going after Hoffa. One will be TDU just like what was elected in 631 people that lie and cheat and do anything that they need to do to get elected and then stick it up your ass. Remember Ron Carey he broke our international and was taken out by the IRB. Then there's Fred Gegare who is running against Hoffa. Sweet Fred has been on Hoffa's executive board and has been a part of the Hoffa administration all along and now says they did a lot of bad shit. If they did he was part of it and he has no Loyalty whatsoever, One thing you never do is run against the boss unless you have the balls to quit and go after them from the outside and Gegare doesn't have that. Fred Gegare came to Las Vegas during the last Ready Mix negotiation and tried to pressure our Secretary Treasurer and the Ready Mix business agent into negotiating the pension out of our contract. He even went as far as to tell King to fire Dewy Darr for refusing to go along with it. You also need to remember Fred Gegare has been and still is the Chairman and head trustee of the Western States Teamster Pension Plan and that plan is broke and a lot of the Members there will probably never see their pensions and if they do they will be a very reduces amount. If Fred Gegare couldn't manage that plan how the hell do you think he can manage the International. Brothers and sisters you better hope Hoffa gets re-elected and you better get out and support him or you will have more of the same as you have with Penis. MY pocket book sure as hell knows who John Phillapenas is, he is the prick that destroyed everything this Local has gained in the last 20 years. He can go down in history as the guy that ruined local 631 and destroyed the Members faith in the Union. No the new story out there is that he is backing Fred Gegare for GP of the International. This is the guy that tried to force his way into our Local Union negotiations with CSR and give away our pension. What a combination we would have then a Drunk for GP and a Penas for ST. God help us.

What is it with you and AFLAC? Who gives a shit about AFLAC? The issue here is John and his moron eboard took our $1.00 raise last year WITHOUT membership approval! This year those two company men business agents (yeah you Don and Kevin) told us we didnt need to take anything out for a raise because the health fund was fine. And now we have WALMART insurance!

The issue with AFLAC is simple. They are offering a discounted dental plan for anyone that is a 631 member as a group but individually and Penis will not bring it to the members. It is not his choice if we want to pay for coverage for our families. Penis and Crack Head took away our dental and I don't know about you but my family needs coverage even if I have to pay for it.
