Is this just coincidence or is there more to the story?

1. Sherri is hired as a temporary assignement as a union organizer

2. Sherri works the First Student Campaign, later the Obama Campaign

3. Sherri is let go (for a variety of reasons); begins her formal anti-Teamster axe grinding campaign on Facebook, MySpace, T-net, etc.

4. Sherri supports deauthorizaiton votes as a tool to "improve out union" even though it undermines our unions strength and ability to service its membership.

5. Sherri makes general comments against the Teamsters for trying to organize bus drivers and driving up standards on T-net.

6. Sherri travels to the Chicago area..

7. Stacey Hickey posts on T-net during her union campaign at First Student forcasting a campaign loss..

8. Sherri posts supporting Stacey a few days later..

9. Sherri posts site specific information of First Student benefits in the Hodgkins area (even though she doesn't live there); attacking local unions and the organizing drive..

10. Sherri posts she recently ran into an organizer in the field..

So Sherri.. how was your trip to Illinois and how long have you and Stacey been friends?

My trip to Chicago has been quite good. Thanks for asking!

Actually, I am still here gathering statements to confirm the hot tub parties at the William Tell Holiday Inn.

Anymore questions?

You know, workers are just that. They are workers. Don't smear them trying to get to me.

I'm telling you straight up Dutch.... I thought the post from Stacey was Sherry Henry right off the bat. Same style of writing and all.

She mentiond NY so I looked into it... Seems as if a local here just organized 1,700 school bus drivers. I have no doubt that they will get a contract that greatly improves their economic conditions.

Gathering statements? I guess this woman is a scab and a rat. How low will she go? Stay tuned sports fans...Im sure we will find out.

Just so we all have it straight.......that was Long Island, New York and it was not a First Student company, and it was 1100 not 1700. It was several months ago and there is no ratification in sight.

1,700 voted in the election so I am quite sure the unit is even larger. Long Island is New York no matter how you try to twist it and it was 3 months ago, not several... Is this how you try to win arguments sherry, by twisting the truth and lying?

Attention everyone, this scab of a woman has no soul.

in your life i imagine that you've missed a lot. you are a disgruntled worker going postal on your employer and in the process you are hurting people that are oblivious to your very existence. perhaps you would fare better if employed by the law firm that represents FS. no matter what you say, the people here and rank and file teamsters who read here believe that you had a hand in helping FS win that election. your credibility, (if you ever had any), as a trade unionist is gone. whats next? will you be mailing envelopes filled with white powder to the secretary's at the IBT?

You know you really have a twisted imagination, IBT REP!

Do you people actually read what you write. If you look through all of the personal attack posts written about me over the past year, its really crazy HOW MANY different people I allegedly work for!

Sorry I waited so long for me to join this forum. Sherri is probably tryin to start some new form of union, I believe she stated something like an association? So this is what her and Stacey have been up to. Btw, thank you for creating fear in people at Hodgkins, and yes Im thanking both of you. However, you might have had 100+ votes to say no, but we still had 82 that said yes!!!!! And outta that yes vote, we are still strong, and cant wait to see what first student has in store for us next year!! You stated something like this was against our local management, however they dont see it that way. We were fighting for everyone, and yet you were fighting for yourselves, each and everyone of you. Btw, Sherri, dont you work for the IAM? How would they feel that you were out in Illinois disrupting another unions election? Why you keep throwing yourself into what happens at FS or Teamsters business, god only can tell us. But thankfully you are going to be done soon enough. Just remember, you were the first organizer for this yard, just think, the organizer from this year did everything he could to help his committee try to get people to see the truth, and once again you are on a witch hunt that wont go anywhere!!! Why must you have personal vendettas against every workplace you have ever been let go from??????

Sherri working for the IAM? Is this fact or fiction? Her MySpace profile falsly claims (as of 4/22/10) she works for the International Teamsters as an Organizer.

Unfortunately, I can't confirm without a doubt that she is with the IAM, but many people believe it. I believe we should question her intentions though. She says she is all for employees rights, yet undermines organizing attemps. It is well know also, Sherri does not, I repeat does not, work for IBT!!! She also thinks shecan organize, but yet she failsat every attempt. She has poor ethics, and even worse ethics when it comes to working!!!

First I want to say how sorry I am that the drivers in Hodgkins have been denied the benefits of a contract by the self interests of a couple of people. Sherri continues to say that she has the best interests of the drivers at heart well your interference has shown that you have no one's best interest except your own.

We have paid too much time to this woman and her rants, I say freeze her out make sure she understands that we want no more to do with her, by not responding to her and her crap!!!

Good grief -- this is how you talk to these workers!!!

This same small little group dares anyone to disagree with their beliefs.

This woman defended her right under the NLRA ---- the same LAW we have all used to file ulps everywhere!
The NLRA was written to protect all the workers --- you self righteous assholes appear to believe it was only written for those who support the union.

Wow and how do you think those supporters feel now? Huh any idea?
I do like shit thats how they feel because LOCAL 777, THE IBT AND JOINT COUNCIL 25 TOOK THEM TO AN ELECTION THEY COULD NOT WIN!

Why would you purposely do that to potential members. And then thats not enough for you jerk offs, you attack a WORKER......WHAT KIND OF UNION MEMBER ATTACKS A WORKER???

Its hideous.. It was the same with the fs terminal down the road a few months back. Same local, same IBT staff and same Joint Council -- the union lost and why ---

When the IBT falls short on votes they turn to depending on a lack of participation. Typically, as in the latest South Holland election about 20% of the unit did not vote.
Well that did not happen in westmont and it did not happen in Hodgkins.
In fact, 93 % of the unit voted.
THE WORK FORCE HAS SPOKEN, JUST AS THEY DID IN WESTMONT AND THE TEAMSTERS LOST.

Forced union organizing is bad for this union. Pushing your self into a unit that clearly does not want you, trying to round up just enough votes to win. Stretching the truth, reducing dues, threatening the monitors the company is going to get rid of them.......this shit is no longer working. None the less they are still trying to manipulate their way into units to maintain cash flow. THEY spent three years.....three years trying to organize these people and a million dollars later....... 105 - 82

And no to the Stupid Bitch that said how many ever cant be wrong. That figure is way way off. Hodgkins terminal receives the same paid holidays as does Naperville with a contract. They actually received more of a raise than did Dekalb, Illinois who also has a teamster contract. The only difference is they will not be helping Joint Council 25 officials pay for their CHRYSLER 300's through the payment of DUES MONEY.

SO to the Hodgkins TERMINAL and Stacey who had the "BALLS" as you put it to STAND UP AND DEFEND HER CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO VOTE NO, I tip my hat to you.
You made the democratic process of the secret ballot election work for you and you did it without the resources of DUES MONEY.

While you all know I believe in collective bargaining and I think you all work for a shit company.......I wish the best for all 201 employees of the First Student Hodgkins facility.
Unlike UPS....where the Teamsters have been beneficial....they are not so in the First Student Companies.
I wish the best for you all.

As far as these posters attacking this worker......man no wonder they don't want to join this Union!

If the union lost what did the workers win?

I am pro union.
I am also a school bus driver.

I can tell you from experience that the union does not help the drivers. The drivers get hurt by exorbitant dues (even though we work on average 20-30 hours a week we pay $54 a MONTH)

I am from local 610 in St.Louis. I have seen our union work to benefit truck drivers, UPS, even grocery workers. There is only 1 contract that is decent and provides a living wage that is Rockwood (where I used to work) it was not the Leadership that got us the things we had, it was the membership.
I also drove for U. City. guarantees of 25 hours a week at 16.50 an hour? How do they expect anyone to live on that? Out of that they want to take %51 a month. Grievances that are just dropped and not taken to arbitration. Meetings set up and canceled with no notice or reason given.

I have seen the unions work and when they do they are wonderful.
I have also seen them fail miserably and both times was with FirstStudent
