WHY JOHN COLI would allow FALSE information on JOINT COUNCIL WEBSITE is beyond me.......................
IT'S HORSE SHIT!! A standard tactic to make the MEMBERS believe things are BETTER than what they!
THEY SHOULD TRY TALKING TO THE WORKERS, NOT JUST A COUPLE, BUT ALL OF THEM.
MEANWHILE, I WILL TAKE A SECOND LOOK AT THE RATIFIED PROPOSAL but I AM NOT SEEING 11%. EVEN IF YOU ADDED A FEW MORE YEARS.
FURTHERMORE, the Benefits these workers obtained were $295.00 paid toward their HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS. UNFORTUNATELY,this is not a real BENEFIT, in as much, THEY STILL CANNOT AFFORD THE PREMIUMS! Their salaries are too LOW.

STARTING SALARY IS $10.30 after the FIRST YEAR and $10.30 after the SECOND YEAR
TOP PAY AFTER 10 YEARS OF SERVICE is $15.90 in the SECOND YEAR OF THE CONTRACT.
FIRST PROPOSAL PRIOR TO STRIKE --
STARTING SALARY IS $10.30 after the FIRST YEAR and $10.30 after the SECOND YEAR
TOP PAY AFTER 10 YEARS OF SERVICE is $15.85 in the SECOND YEAR OF THE CONTRACT.
