your so right joker it's sad when you reach peer and you still work for free and then just get paid overtime because your pension would have payed you 40 hours and you get a different job if you wanted too

NOT ONLY DO YOU HAVE ALL THOSE HIGH SENIOIRTY GUYS GETTING OVERTIME AT PHL, YOU GOT A COMPANY OWNED STEWARD WHO WAS NUMBER 300 ON THE MASTER LIST GETTING OVERTIME AND WORKING A PREMIUM SHIFT AHEAD OF MORE SENIOR MEN.

HAVE AN ELECTION AND GET RID OF HIM SO A MORE SENIOIRIED MEMBER ON LAYOFF CAN MOVE UP!!!

IT IS A DISGRACE THAT OUR STEWARD---WHO DOES A FAIRLY GOOD JOB BUT IS SWAYED HEAVILY BY THE COMPANY---KEEPS HIS POSITION WHILE MORE SENIOR MEMBERS HAVE SHITTY START TIMES WHILE HIS IS PREMIUM.AND THAT ONE MUCH HIGHER SENIORIRIED MEMBER SITS AT HOME BECAUSE THE STEWARD IS WORKING IN HIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE POLITICS OF THE UNION.

YOU CAN'T SAY NOTHING BECAUSE THE UNION WILL JAM IT UP YOUR ASS.BUT THE MEMBERS CAN CALL FOR AN ELECTION AND MAKE TRUE SENIORITY A TRUISM AT THE PHL TERMINAL...WHILE IT LASTS.

I'LL SIGN THE PETITION...JS

WILL ANYONE ELSE???

I HAVE BEEN A TEAMSTER 23 YEARS.OUR START DOES A FAIR JOB AT PHL.HE'S JUST TOO CLOSE TO MANAGEMENT.PLUS, HE NEVE HAD REAL SENIORITY ON THE MASTER LIST.HE TOOK PREMIUM SHIFTS AWAY FROM TOP SENIORITY GUYS AND WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE MORE TOP SENIORIORTY GUY SITTING A HOME BECAUSE THE STEWARD CONJURED SOMETHING UP WITH THE HALL (hamilton, dougherty) to stay at DHL.
I do not agree with this and would like to see a top seniorirty guy became steward.I will sign the petition.

The same shit is happening in BOS a junior man well over 300 on the list is the steward, when the four buildings became one there was two petitions filed by the members and the local would not have an election. The members were pissed but according to the locals bylaws stewards can be appointed by the business agent at his discretion, they do not have to have an election.

I retired from PHL/DHL. did so because the union hs become a joke.it's a matter of time before ll the fulltimers are gone or downto no overtime.you are right.it is a disgrace that PHL has such a low seniority stewrad, even though he was elected.the local, if it had any balls, would have confined the steward election to the brothers who had the seniority to keep working.but the hall pressured people to vote for the current steward because he is an ass kisser to one of the agents.i never saw anything like it the way the politics are played.
yep, senior brothers are out of a job because a company owned junior man is liked by a agent.thats another reason the teamsters union keeps going down the tank.

VOTE FOR WILLIE SUTTON AS STEWARD

What a piece of crap u are. You are just an angry piece of crap. You can not be a real Teamster, and you must be an angry laid off employee because everybody that is active and working is completely amazed at how well Chris does his job. He kisses nobodys ass, he is just extremely good and precise at what he does. I did not vote for him in his election; however, now that I see how he does his job and makes all parties adhere to the contract, he will always have my support! It is amazing everyone that is working supports this guy, because we see the job that he does day in and day out..............We should kiss his ass for keeping the 50 plus people workinhg a week when it was supposed to be 27................Say it to his face you scum...........or come to the station and ask for an election........or ask the couple guys who got fired and got their jobs back because of him, they will tell you they do not care that he is junior to them.................

I would not have a job if it wasn't for this 'STEWARD NUMBER 300' He has been the best Steward in the 17+ years I been there, I have been fire 3 times for stupid shit and all 3 time it was in front of the panel this time went as smooth as can be
so shut up you had your election and he won pretty much hands down. He will probably be your next BA so respect the man

Out for himself what are you just F-ing blind or angry this guy called me every day when I got fired even called me to tell me he was taking a day off but he would receive my calls, he was really concerned about my mental health as well as my family needs!
I don't care if his number is 300 he has the biggest balls and know just how to use them diplomatically, if you can do better state your case and how you could Chris welcomes a election and will call for it himself he has told me as such!

I need to say this to the Bush haters here, and I'm sure it's not many 300 or 3,000 Bush does a fine damn job and I'm # 75 close enough to a job to smell it, but having Bush in there aloud that to take place.

So I'm not bitching I am grateful I had to put up with some really bad shop stewards one that took over three weeks to even call me to see how I was doing Bush was on the phone the same day and everyday

after that. How can you say that's thinking of just himself when it would have been popular to let me sink, not this guy he made of the right stuff and even those of you that would love to see him go he would

be the same way because that the way of that job. I know cause I did it at nights in my old barn, I told Bush I would be always in his corner no matter what the out come of my problem was. And for the few of

you that would like to see him "de throne" well I say your not doing a good job as a steward if not pissing of a few of the mind numb peoples out there because you can always gauge what's right by them
