Anyone in Union Local 295 that had enough time to retire but but could not because of the Union officer's withholding the cutoff date need to file a complaint with there local EBSA office, you need to let them know you were not informed of the cut off date until after it went by, you are suppose to given 30 days notice of any changes to your pension plan, it would seem that by imposing a cut off date to the plan it would justify a change and we should have been given notice prior to it, it should have been up to the members as to wheather they wanted to stay after the changes not the Officer's at the Hall, who by the way seemed to have there paperwork in prior to the date since they knew about it, these are the addy's for the ERISA Offices, if you write to the one in Mass make it attention to Jessica, she is already looking into it and the more she hears from the better, just let them know everything you had heard, seen or been told.

It has also been suggested that the people that had enough time to retire also contact or write to there senator and inform them as to what has been done to them, you all will be surprised as to how the goverment works now when it comes to people being screwed over on there pension's since ENRON.
