Teamster Local 295 President Lou's sellout of your contract protections is making it easy for DHL to do these mass layoffs, forced relocations, and demotions.
DHL would be shitting bricks right now trying to lay us off if it wasn't for Lou! Maybe DHL will be there to give him an Award for DHL Employee of the Decade or Most Valuble Screwover of Union Members??!!!

would you prefer to layoff by barn instead of seniority? At one time the company proposed that if it closed a station all drivers at that barn would be terminated with no chance to bid elsewhere. Don't blame union for companies mismanagement.

Demand layoff according to contract terms, by seniority with no forced relocations or forced demotions allowed! Bump and roll lays off by seniority but forces relocations, demotions and "voluntary quits". Local helping DHL violate contract by allowing the Bump and roll.
