Such an accusation is easily refuted with police/electronic records, which I assume you, being the fool that you are, didn't bother checking before posting. Any legal ramifications of T-Net's and your foolish actions are well deserved, which is what I would be pursuing if I were in Van's shoes right now.

Somehow I don't believe you when you say you checked. If your accusation had been true, surely the IBT would have used its vast resources to obtain a copy of the report and would have crucified Van. I would think dirt this damaging would be worth the couple bucks it would cost to send a written request to the Mooresville PD or the Iredell County Sheriffs Office. But alas, there is no report is there? So that leaves you sitting behind your desk overlooking the Bay throwing baseless accusations disguised as heresay, doesn't it?

Skillman, I am demanding an apology and a retraction. You obviously have no proof to back up your scandalous assertion and passing or, more probably, inventing such an outrageous charge is reprehensible, as is the Teamster's failure to remove it from its T-Net. Unless an apology and retraction is immediately forthcoming, we will have no choice but to pursue legal channels to protect Mr. Skillman's good name and reputation.

6. How many members does APWA have?
7. Why hasn't APWA filed any registration forms as a labor organization with the department of labor?
8. Who are other officers / staff of APWA?
9. Have any of the officers of APWA ever negotiated a union contract?
10. Have any of the officers of APWA ever represented union members (i.e., as shop stewards etc.?)
