Here are a few answers to some questions on this board:

Yes we will accept Canadian UPSers.... hell we'll take any scab that management will give us.

Yes we will accept all UPS pilots... hell yea... we will bust any union our sugar daddy, UPS says to bust.

The APWA does not have a spine-bearing member in it yet. Its your retirement, and we want corporate America to get their hands on it. To learn more facts, visit us at www.isuckoftheboss.com

I will be the president of this union.

As you know, what a perfect union for me, a rat, draft dodger, tax cheat and bullshit artist par excellance!

Maybe you can have that scab ass management sucking off law firm and 'ole Franny boy represent you....

Maybe they can prepare you for “Cock avoidance”… since that’s what will be crammed down your throat… if you want prosecute me… But then again you can't rape the willing....

PS…

Nice site…. Look at all the great things your “law firm” does for Unions and their members.

From the The Great Williams Mullen website

Sample Representations

[list]

Defeated union organizing attempts for clients in major manufacturing sectors, such as steel, paper, health care, printing, construction and mining.

Represented clients in decertification of unions.

Negotiated several long-term labor agreements, including work rule and health insurance concessions for Fortune 500 companies.

Trained all levels of management for a variety of employers in union avoidance, conducting workplace investigations, preventing unlawful harassment and discrimination, implementing successful progressive discipline techniques, using lawful techniques to hire, retain and terminate and defending against employment lawsuits.
