I see alot of people on here saying that they dont like working for UPS. Do you like working for UPS? What do you do for them, package delivery, tractor trailer driver, etc. What are your likes and dislikes about working for UPS?
Im asking this because im thinking of working for UPS as a local tracter driver. |

Not bad for shifting gears all day (or night)  .As for me I work inside the building as a mechanic and I hate it.  We have a boss who likes to manage through harrassment and intimidation. He is of the opinion that if we are paranoid and afraid of losing our job every second of every day, that we will work harder. I feel like I am in prison working for UPS. I also am tired of fixing stuff "good enough for now" because mgmt doesn't want to spend any money. I have to work as directed though, so what can I do? I plan on bidding into a driving position as soon as volume picks up and there are some openings. |

IMHO feeders is the best job at UPS Feeders is where package car drivers go after their knees go from getting in and out of a package car 300+ times a day. Sorry about the double post guys

I thought going into supervision was the best job at UPS.  Oh I'm sorry , I'm confused. Thats where they put you when your a screw off and your not able to do your job anymore.
