RP please expand on that so we can find out what is going on.

The only thing that should be removed is porn, spam and things of a 'fire in a crowded building' nature.

I don't see any posts that were moved. I haven't moved a post in a long time except for one of my own last week.

For whatever it's worth, Brother Phil is a third generation Teamster who's Father and Uncle are very well known around here for their personal integrity, as Brother Phil is. VJ may move things, he's removed some of my postings --he suffers from "lawsuitaphobia" a disease brought on when some jackass reads the truth about himself, it's too much for his small, frail ego to bear and he calls you (or e-mails you) and threatens to sue you. I'm not talking about any one person in particular who caused VJ to be exposed to "lawsuitaphobia" but more in general terms. When he's removed my postings it because he fears a lawsuit.

VJ sees potential lawsuits lurking around every corner, and in the shadows sometimes. We don't always agree. But I know he does so to protect Brother Phil, and T net and I know when he errrors on the side of caution his heart is in the right place. I can live with that. In light of his activistim, and consistent efforts to promote our Union, it's issues, and share information with all of us, it's a very small thing to me.

From my personal observation it's not "random" at all. But if I'm wrong, please correct me.

well, Phil, I guess you've been out of action for awhile then. I remember Jim removing a whole shit load of posts and even banning a few people because he couldnt argue with their logic. They didn't even break to TOS. Remember JC53Agent? BANNED because the Jim couldn't credibly respond to his questions. You should look up that series of posts to see all of the posts that were removed then. Now that all of the dissenters are gone, this has become an agreeable, nice, quiet, BORING website where disagreeing with the moderator will get you TOSsed out on your ass. So much for free speech and democracy.

Wow that's quite the string of untruths, now isn't it? JC53Agent was banned for being an admitted union buster, not because he argued with me. If I banned everyone who disagreed with me then how do you explain Heisler being allowed on the board?

By the way, big guy, Phil knew of every ban that's ever been issued; he's not "out of action" except perhaps in public postings. If you think Phil and I talk only in public forum areas then you're just a bit misguided.

Alot more people have been banned then JC53Agent. Even if he was a union buster why would you ban him? Were you afraid you could not stand up to him in a debate?
You do get rid of anyone that opposes you and you have made this site boring and un-interesting, You are a poor excuse for a moderator and and even poorer excuse for a human being.

Hmm, let's see: This website is called Teamster.net, and it's a forum dedicated to Teamster discussions of issues (with a name like that it shouldn't be much of a surprise what it's dedicated to, but I thought I'd put it out there for clarity's sake). So an admitted union buster comes on the site and expects us to give him a forum to spread his anti-union propaganda, and according to you - a Teamster "member" - that's something that should be fine and dandy. I'm not sure what local you're from - that is, if you're truly a Teamster - but in my local we don't often cede the microphone to union busters. How 'bout your local? That how you fellas do it? It'd no doubt be quite a unique practice, but who am I to complain about what your local does. Similarly, who are you to complain what a privately-owned website does? You, for example, invest money in TNET? Until such time I'm not particularly concerned with your plans for TNET's operation, as you're yet another in a long line of blowhards who think they know better and have a right to tell a privately-owned website what it should and shouldn't do.

By the by: I didn't ban JC53Agent. The action was undertaken after a majority vote of administrators and moderators approved the action. The main difference? scb wasn't a paid union buster, just a guy with an opinion. It's when people actively bust Teamster organizing drives that we'll ban them, not if they simply don't like us or disapprove of unions in general.
