Indeed Kohler seems to enforce his rules with an iron fist. In a recent excavating contract Kohler had the vote taken at the owners shop in order to get the result he wanted. Now if Kohler was an employee there do you think he would have put up with that? I think not! Who wants to speak out with their boss right there? Good goin Roger, whats next, have Salemi go beat them up? Drywall contract came up and Kohler and his cronies didnt even know the drywall contract, what kind of idiots are these guys? Let me give you guys a clue, the only reason that we are having summer meetings is because Kohler didnt know the locals by-laws, real smart guy huh? What else doesnt he know? Another clue, how to run a local thats what!

If it is the same company a guy at the pit said they only had one change .25 cents an hour he was not happy!! kohler told them next time he will do better [he is new at negoating] times are tuff now and you better take it . The sad part is they all felt like they had to take the deal because the local could not back them . As far as Salemi i worked with him and he has no problem beating people up he is six foot five and 350 lbs and is a kick boxer.Ward is our BA he tries but he has no answers most people at our yard think Salemi may be better at least he is or was related to the company owners and they did help him get in office....

Times are tough? Who has to work under that contract, Kohler certianly doesnt! What do they care, their paychecks are there every friday. They elected to pay themselves top dollar and look what members get in return, EXCUSES! " Ill do better next time, Im new at this" says Kohler, what an ass this guy is. Now do you see why employers endorsed these guys? They are push overs! Well maybe not Salemi, I think he has topped 400# by now along with Ward who looks like he has put on about 30#. Times dont seem to be too tough for Reformers, they are getting fat while we loose our bargaining power with each contract they "try" to negotiate.

Now the "genus" Whitloc has run the surburban, owned by the local, into one of steven english's scab trucks. Nice goin einstien. Better hurry up and get it fixed before the members find out! How much will this cost the members Roger? Going to try to hide it along with all the other bills? Wait a few months to pay it? What will your excuse be this time?

What is the percentage that the .25 cent raise added up to? Were there any other increases?

Woopee effing do! .25 an hour! yayyyyyyy!!! That $10.00 a week can almost buy me 2 gallons of gas! Good thing I work close to home, for now. Otherwise I would be losing money! Would YOU have ever accepted a P.O.S. offer like this? You would have thrown a temper tantrum like the little girl you really are & blamed OUR union officials of being "corrupt", now who's catering to the employer? Thanks for jamming this shit offer down our throats ASS! I wish I had a "car allowance" to get my broke, only getting a $10.00 a week increase, one year extension, lucky to be working ass! Who the F*** negotiated this P.O.S. contract? Roger? Nice going ASS***E! Way to put "members first" you LIAR! I cant wait until YOU are looking for a job when there are none! You better save whatever you can (of OUR dues money) over the next 2.5 years, you T.D.U. bastard! Invest wisely my friend, cuz you're really going to need it! But I guess when you pay yourself more than a man who dedicated his life to fight for the members, the truth comes out, It's all about YOU, not "members first!" It must be nice to double, or triple YOUR salary to do nothing! All YOU do is collect a big fat (never earned) paycheck! See you at the "summer meeting" (that you were to incompetent to make a motion for when you were supposed to because you have no idea what your doing) Thursday!!! Until then, I hope you & your incompetent group of idiots sleep well. If you need a little help reading the bylaws so you can suspend next summer, let me know dumbass, or do you like paying the e-board extra because your part of it? Once again, night, night sweetheart. & F.U.T.D.U.
p.s. tell Salami I said "hi" see him at the plant, dark & early.........
