True to form defrocked former trustee/APPOINTED business agent mark capper is at it again.Here is a man who somehow wormed his way on to the former leadership slate and got elected as trustee.He was then APPOINTED business agent .To make a long story short, mark didnt tow the line,shops he represented petitioned the local to have him removed as their agent.His shops were distributed among other agents.It got to the point cappers job was playing hangman on the computer in the union hall. naturally we arent going to pay somebody 100 grand a year to play games on the computer, so then pres. keller sent him back to the job.and changed the lockes on the doors at the hall!! Now, as you all know, the battle begins.capper files charge after charge against the local. capper cost this local thousands of dollars in fees.this was your dues money he was throwing out the door for his own personal vendetta against keller.Now he has filed charges against our new president , on another personal vendetta again.When do you stop wasting our time and money?? are we having fun yet mark?? more to follow!!!!

apparently charges were filed against president bonaduce for "illegally hiring his two buddies and giving them $100,000 union jobs, a clear violation of the Local's bylaws." the hookedcameltoe also goes on to say, "these two losers were hired to replaced two elected officials..." if this is your case, then you lose dumbass. they didn't replace two elected officials. the two elected officials in question were elected as trustees and trustees only. the local president is not obligated to appoint them as business agents.
