I just recieved this pm today.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Does Anyone Know Why Philly Local # 502 Was Put Into Emergency Trusteeship A Couple Of Days Ago?? And Why Wasn't The President Of Joint Council # 53 Frank Gillen Informed About This Action Before The Trusteeship Was Imposed??

This Is Total Disrespect By The General President Of Frank Gillen Even Though Frank Is Running On The Hoffa Ticket As Eastern Region Vice President!!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have to comment that the person that sent me this pm, I always took to be frank gillen. This is a local that is composed of school principles. Anyone with news about this, it would be appreciated.

Don't really know why, but I heard the former trustee from your local, is trustee of 502.
Sending him in is really a disrespect to Gillen. Sound fishy to me icon_wink.gif

Hoffa Sent Yn Ed Keyser, Mikey Clark And Buzzy Houck Who Retired Out Of Local 326. And None Of These Individuals Can Match The Educational Backround Of Any Member Of Local # 502. Excellent Picks On Your Part Mr/ Hoffa!!!

Frankie, why does the scab, "hoffa the corrupt" always seem to be stepping on gillen's toes? Why does gillen let them get away with it? gillen has enough on all of them, that he doesn't have to take this shit. gillen would be more than welcomed by the Feds if he ever wanted to come in from the cold. I could make it happen. gillen could sit back collecting his pensions and laugh at all of them while they are doing time. his other option is to go down with them. Maybe you should pass that on to him.

When talking with people today, most couldn't believe that this group would let themselves get caught doing something wrong. The next point that was made was the presence of mikey clark. The common thought is how someone of his background is even allowed to be part of our union. he is a close to being in the mob as you can be, his nationality is the only thing keeping him from being a made man.

School administrators local organized by John P Morris, yet local faced perennial leadership issues and challenges, huge issues with privatization of Phila public schools, did something happen legislatively to put this local out of business? Who was running this local prior to emergency trusteeship and why wouldn't they install someone from the public services or division or public schools to assume trustees positions?

Actually Jimmy, Dan McGinley organized this local with John's guidance. I didn't know that Dan was still not the head of this local. Did some checking, there are no records of lm2s as far back as 2000. That can't be a good sign. The Pa. Conference site is the only place I have found that even shows this local's existence. It's principle officer is listed as George DiPilato. By all accounts he is a good man. I don't know him.

Now you're recruiting rats via the internet for your Federal Friends? You should be doing that pandering elsewhere you no good lowlife snitch. If this Frankie guy is even remotely smart he will give you a very wide berth. You have sunk to new depths.

One Of The Reasons ,And I Understand That The I.B.T. Auditors Found A Plethora Of Reasons,
Was That George Was The Only One Signing Checks On Money Spent By The Local. And Frank Gillen Admitted That He Was Not Consulted Prior To The Local Being Put Into Trusteeship. Talk About Backstabbing By Keyser And Hoffa....I Don't Know How Frankie Gillen Puts Up With This BS!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you the proudest rodent in the Teamsters today. Even Heisler likes to keep his sordid past on the downlow, you seem to wear it as a badge of honor. You're a disgrace. What a cretin you turned out to be.

Was the principal officer the only full time union official? Seems like school administrators would be incentived to stay on the job rather than undertake full time union positions for less salary, benefit cuts or freeze.

As for LM reports, are public employee locals required to file? Does the IBT Constitution mandate LMs be filed? It could be that the local may just have to file trustees reports, not sure if that's a monthly or quarterly requirement, anybody know?
