I was a L734 member. By 'was', I mean I am now an 'agency fee' payer in order to get out from under L734's attempt at bringing me up on fradulent charges per their own bylaws and the IBT Consitution. I've also filed a DFR charge because my local didn't want to represent me because I refused to show up for their sham 'heaing'. I've also e-mailed Tom Schatz over the last 7 month and tommorow he wants me to call him to find out WTF is going on. I've gotten Tom involved before and he's responded on my behalf because he knows that I'm right. Our local lies to it's members and doesn't represent them as required. Now it's coming to a head. Our local violates it's own bylaws and the constitution, ignores the NLRA and LMRDA and refuses to show me it's financials as required by Beck. For all of you people who swear by the Teamsters pay close attention to your 'leadership'.
